Last year, Ed Sheeran announced that he will be taking a break from work and from using social media. It was December 2019 back then but now with almost a year, he's back with his new music 'Afterglow'. That could only mean one thing too, right? That soon he's going to release a whole new album! A very wonderful gift for everyone because we all have been waiting for it.
This wasn't the first time he took a break from social media though, because in year 2015, he also did the same. He posted about "seeing the world through a screen and not my eyes" on his Instagram that time too. We are all hooked up in social media and sometimes it could be really toxic, so I understand where he's coming from. We all needed some break if everything's getting too much.
But now, everyone is glad of his return! I hope he and Taylor could save the music industry together.
Dramatic title it is for this blog entry. Haha. But hey I was listening to IU this late night and every song just hits me. Every song strikes straight to my heart coz I always remember how IU was just a sidekick of Bae Suzy before in K-drama hit Dream High and that she's pretty much like a shadow of Suzy and every idol group. I could still remember she always cover popular songs back then but now, she has her own beautiful songs that everybody loves listening to. It's just so amazing how the cliche 'there is always a right time for everything' statement materialize in IU. I love it! Now IU is one of the biggest female soloists that ever come across Kpop. Kpop industry is just so blessed to have a very talented singer songwriter, Lee Jieun aka IU.

I discovered then that he's younger than me and I just found myself listening to more and more of him. He's like my background music whenever I work in the office. Never failed to make me enjoy what I'm doing no matter how stressful things had become.
Rex Orange County was born in May 4, 1998. So that makes him 21 years old as I'm writing this blog post. Like I've told you earlier, he's very young and yet his song lyrics are far better than those older than him. His real name is Alexander O'Connor and he's from England. So as an adult I'm also working full time job as an Architect and by knowing how an architect works won't be that much easy to work on other things.

Fandom takes too much time when it comes to research. It's during the weekends that I'm able to fully concentrate on stalking/studying japanese and writing. Damn so many things going on during my weekends, right? But since I really do love these things, I am ain't quitting this routine yet until I become successful.
During the weekdays, my world is only revolving around architecture. Because I am practicing the field. But to do not submerge myself into work stress, pressure and depression, I inserted studying Japanese every lunch time in the office. Somehow it soothes my mind and just stray away from becoming too serious. Japanese is quite fun I must say.

Hello there everyone! It has been a while, like 2 years have gone by without me posting anything in here. And I am apologizing for deactivating this blog for that whole 2 years. Maybe some of you were actually looking for the blog on its MIA days, that I'm quite not sure, but let's say that did happen. So, I'm sorry about that.
Anyway, hurray!!! I'm back at it again and this time I am surely going to try to post anything that comes to my mind. Well I won't be thinking too much about what to content, I would just write anything that is interesting for me. That has been the purpose of this blog from the very beginning so I'm not going to complicate things around here. Surely, that kind of overthinking made me quit or stopped writing because, you know, we over analyze everything to please everyone with what's in here. But that was the big mistake I've ever did and that realization hits me after 2 years of not writing anything. Lesson learned, as a self proclaimed writer, we just have to wear our hearts into writing and having fun while doing it. That serves a huge purpose to make us motivated and inspired. You just gotta love what you're doing and everything follows. Ahh cliche much but we all know it's true.
Ah.. To be honest, I'm still hesitating in posting here. It's though as if I'm not ready for some reason I won't tell. But, last night I suddenly feel like reading some of the articles I've written in here. And somehow my fun days flashes back in my mind and I just rediscovered how I was able to have fun without thinking other people's negative comments. You know what they say, that when you ignore people's negative comments you tend to go farther in your life. And that's some realization for me that I feel like I needed to share. I just had a great laugh and entertainment reading my blog entries here and up until now I can't believe how crazy I was once before. But I surely am very proud of my old self because of the crazy things I've done I have something to look back on. And knowing that I did what I love to do before without hesitations I won't have any regrets nor what ifs in my age today. Not that I'm old now, still.. Uhh you know what I'm saying....
So lately I have been really hooked up wit IVOS' new songs published in their youtube channel.. it suddenly made my music enthusiast self to be awaken by their songs.. Everything was absolutely great but my most fave would be this....I think its time to work on my guitar skills again.. coz its been years since I've held the guitar.. Its about time we have some fun again..right? yay!

I'm finally back on the verge losing my sanity over this amazing show. Real artists are everywhere and I'm about to discover them all. I found one, coz yeah I just tuned in last night.. at first I never really thought I would take a glimpse on this year's contestants but my brother was also a fanatic of this show so he made me watch his favorite ones. lol And there I met James Arthur.
To be honest I thought he's weird and whatever, but when he performed and rock that stage, making it his world, I was totally astounded. Tulisa's "Young" song is a dance track and the way he make his original version of this was truly a great music. The way he plays his guitar, his voice, the emotions with every words he's singing.. I was really moved. To be exact, I cried. It was the first time I was cornered in this kind of moment. His words are striking from the heart and it's definitely worth listening to. Memories, pain and angst all of those emotions I can clearly feel. It was an amazing performance and I'm now again inspired with real music. I love this. Really, I will support this guy all through out. Hopefully I won't be disappointed in the end.
Hello everyone, today I feel like posting my favorite musician these days that I listen to. And nope! It isn't about KPOP or JPOP okay? I say real music for this time. I think these songs are incomparable, for they are truly high-graded songs for me. Pure class! From the moment I first heard and understood the meaning of the songs are so heart warming. I love blogging. I love writing and expressing my thoughts to everyone. But it's more lovely when there are people who are really bothering going here to read my articles from time to time. I'm really thankful that I have avid readers who are keep on supporting my page whatever the topic may be. My blog isn't that popular as every other trending blogs out there, but I must say I'm really proud by gaining a few page hits everyday. My stats are really going very well and I'm really happy! Aside from expressing my gratitude over my avid readers, I also wanted to say I really am sorry for those who are quite disappointed when their favorite categories are not being written about for long now. When I'm really addicted to someone or something, I really can't hide it and worst make numerous blog entries here consecutively. As of now I'm addicted to AKB48, and obviously I can't stand a day without reading articles and share my thoughts about them with you. Making blog entries about AKB48 is really risky but I still continue to do so because I'm happy to what I'm writing about them. My blog is NOT fully devoted to single artist nor some specific category, but is about variety of topics. I'm just adapting to where I am well entertained and happy in writing. I don't really know either what will happen to my present addiction in the future, so what I'm doing now is just enjoying it as much as I can. Haha.
My friend told me that the reason why I get easily bored with someone or some topic is because of too much obsession and addiction. She said I was fully devoted to one topic and gave every time I have to them. Which I do really agree because I know myself. XD Though for the best, I'm really trying to balance every fandom I have even though it's really hard. I feel like I'm really in a relationship with my current obsession that I fully forget about other things. LOL! I don't know if it's good or not though. *sigh*

Last Saturday Night's performances from X factor Uk hopefuls were really great except for Janet's. It's really sad how time flies by and then she's not prepared as much as the other contestants. Since they are about to sing 2 songs, Janet's 1st song performance was horrible she forgot her words. It was a total disaster. 2nd song performance was okay but did not meet the expectations from the judges.. (Just a bit review).
And then Sunday Night, is the judgment night wherein they will axed 1 contestant whom will be from the bottom of two. That bottom of two as usual are the 2 acts that got the lowest vote from the viewers. Firstly I know already that Janet's beginning to be somebody else.. felt like she's not serious on the competition anymore basing on her performances on the Saturday night. I already felt that people, no matter how she's topping the charts on favorite category, are starting to get tired and hoping she'll be herself again just like from the 1st time we met her. The phenomenal awesome Janet from the 1st audition till the 3rd LIVE SHOW. It proved to us that no matter how huge your fan bases are, if you'll give us a MESSED UP performance, no matter how we love Janet.. it's really very disappointing which maybe leads the other voters for Janet loose hope and thinking why will I vote for someone who did not meet my expectation!? *you know what I mean?*

My title for this blog entry is about Janet Devlin being the Favorite of Voters.. well I already know that she was from the very beginning but as days passed by the internet freaks from different fan bases of other contestants are starting to shaken Janet as the "favorite contender". Because I'm a very addict reader from the site Tellymix I always see this poll they are putting on the site.. the 1st time I got there the poll asks who's your favorite.. I saw that it was Janet who's winning.. Few weeks had gone through and she's still no. 1 (although they are updating the poll every week,meaning they are going back to zero votes every update of the poll, i guess). But as Janet gets into a tougher and tougher week she's getting.. fans are starting to dislike her.. and gets only 2nd place as her weakest vote on the poll.. Marcus Collins who'd been giving great performances on the show beats her with more than 500 votes ahead. I was really sad at that time coz feels like people are starting to lose their faith on her.. Cant believe it.
BUT NOW!!!!! after she got back from her COMFORT ZONE again!! LOOK WHO'S BAAAACK!!!
Been addicted to sodas.. Cant stop drinking... I just can't.. it's like a drug to me. LOOOOL!!

Anyways.. yes! It's a review blog entry again! All about my FAVORITE X Factor contestant Janet Devlin yo~ What can I say?? She's BAAAACK!!! I want to cry for her performance was really amazing and captivating. Been repeating her performance for many times now. It's like a soda to me.. I cant stop! It's very addictive!! LOL!! (what a comparison!haha!) Well she performed Queen's Somebody to Love in the theme of the night: Lady Gaga vs. Queen.. I'm happy she did justice for the song.. at first you dont get what the song she was singing coz you know it's her very own arrangement again.. and yet as she sings thoroughly, I really find it captivating..
One of my favorite song from N-Dubz is Living For The Moment.. I love to know more about these singers and one of their way expressing themselves is writing about their experiences in their lives. Tulisa and Dappy's stories are really sumthin' and Fazer's lyrics are crap! LOL! just kidding.. Tulisa is my idol when it comes to being a strong person.. I love this song, this actually gives me inspiration.. you know they've come from a hell experience from their past esp. Tulisa.. Her lyrics are just some of her experiences but when you fully researched about her past and read Against All Odds book.. you'll know why she's my idol!! ;) I want to cry already TT^TT haha!

I know the theme was something upbeat.. and it must end up as I'm enjoying and do some dance moves as I can be carried away from the performance.. but Janet, your performance totally made me feel soooooo UNEASE! Seeing you dance, feels like it's not your style!! You even forgot your lyrics for the song, maybe because of trying to remember the dance moves. Tulisa was right you got your own style doing slow songs/ballads.. and you'll just have to stick with it..sigh.. But nice try Janet.. nice try!
I'm a big fan of this girl, I just can't dislike the buttons on youtube videos, nor can't stop hitting likes on facebook photos of Janet's performance.. although it was not so good at all. In my own opinion Janet should've never listen to anyone who told her she's getting boring, coz she isn't. She should've stuck herself on ballads which she is soooo good at.. Although I dont really blame her for wanting to impress people nor the judges in doing what they want her to do, which is singing upbeat songs. She's still young and yet people around her are pressuring her on things she's still not used to nor a big question mark on her side. She's still growing, and I know she'll be better soon.. she'll just have to believe in herself.
Seein' her forgot the lyrics, I was totally shameful about it.. I even stopped the video for the first time that I've seen it. For me it's the most shameful thing a singer nor contestant could've ever made!! Janet's getting weaker and weaker every week, I just hope people wont get bored nor get disappointed with her.. *sigh*

just wanted to share that it was my first time to watch this music video, yeah IM OUTDATED!! lol! But I swear I liked the song but never tried to watch the music video wholly. The song is thinking of you by Katy Perry. And know what? I LOVED IT!!! SOOO MUCH!! and the music video is really good. you can feel the emotion from the characters as well as through the lyrics. :))

took me so long before watching her performance as I have gotten quite a lot of negative feedback from her performance. And I'm quite really sad how this haters of Janet to have such a huge number than before.. I'm really nervous for her.
Last night's (Saturday night) theme was Halloween songs.. something spooky and something haunting.. and seeing Janet's performance actually fitted it. Her own arrangement of the song and all.. agreed that it's not her best performance ever but I think it's good enough to get through this week's elimination.
At first I was really thinking twice whether should I or should I not watch her performance.. you know.. It took me night before watching and create this review for her. LOL! and I say what have I been worried about Janet really is brilliant, I just love her. And the judges thinks her performance was also great.. not her best performance but said that she did perform the song really well.. The thing that was for me the reality's attack comment to Janet was GARY's comment about his worries for Janet.. that she gets really "PREDICTABLE" as the competition goes. Yeah she's singing ballad and same pattern as always.. but that's what she's good at. her voice for me is for such genre... but oh well if Janet ever find another good thing about her voice picking another new genre is much better of course.. as long as she gives a beautiful performance that's just what I'm really expecting and really wanted.

Before finally watching the show, I searched google and X Factor pages on facebook so I can get to know what's happening on it's airing time live in UK. Of course I'm only relying to those upload-ers on youtube.LOL! I actually dont know if it's available watching on cabled TV here at my country. :)) While reading what's happen in the live show.. of Janet Devlin, pictures came out on facebook and asking if we like Janet's performance of her own arrangement of Guns and Roses' Sweet Child Of Mine.. which is her song choice (i dont know if it's Kelly's). And I saw this flooding comments of NO! LOL! I was about to cry for her.. HAHA! I asked myself what's happening? and found out that these guys were the haters.. argh they're so good at criticizing people knowing that they themselves actually dont have talents. Sigh poor Janet.. and because the intense on the atmosphere was there, I went to Janet's official facebook to enlighten myself and see if what the "PRO-Janet" talks about her perforamance.. and all I saw were praises for her.. and yeah I was very ENLIGHTENED! HAHA!
But seriously my head's getting crazy and my heart beats so fast as if I was the one who'll perform on stage LOL! GAAAH Janet's giving me a hard time XD Well knowing her behavior of being shy and lack of confidence makes me scared for her.. but as far as I've watched her sing on her previous lives and performances I say she should be PROUD and be CONFIDENT about herself and her talent. Coz she's really AMAZING, at the age of 16 she's really phenomenal!!
for uploading the videos so fast with fair quality.. and so while loading the video..it really scares me if what would the performance be like.. plus some people says she looked like a CLOWN on her hair. so I was really trembling..UWAAAA... *scared* TT^TT (Yeah this is what fan girling is all about. whew!!! OMG. never expect myself to actually got hooked up with this British group. Yeah they are a Hiphop-R&B-Pop-Rap sensation for me. I really am NOT a fan of such genres except for EMINEM for the rap. I dont like the sound of R&B and raps or songs that got something to tell about how they s*x (LOL), throws away bad words like *f*cking B*tches.. or anything alike to their audience.. LOL! I say WTF!! those songs are not for meeeeee,,, no way!!
but N-dubz for me is DIFFERENT! Their songs totally rocks,, I love the message of "SOME" of their songs,, some of them are really deep and does really talk about sense of life and other things in the world. (talk about eminem does his way, I love that guy!). N-dubz's songs are just from their own pure hardwork.. when reading their description in youtube.. saying about how they started as a no-name group in the industry makes me feel this group is awesome, and the fact that they started at a young age.. i think they were 11 and above.. You can see their songs and speeches have some meaning on looking back on their past.. but now.. seems like things are getting better for them.. and im happy for them :) Plus their songs does have a captivating beat.. and the blending of their voices.. the hiphop boys and then suddenly mixed up with tulisa's voice.. uwaaaaaaaa.. TOTALLY AWEEEESOOOME!
although yeah.. they grew up from a different culture of us asians.. they are somehow liberated and some of their deeds are way far beyond us.. medias have told about hiphop girls dressing like a prostitute.. NO! TULISA is not! T^T she's just like that the way she is.. and good thing she says that she's not willing to do nude poses. :))) yeah!! GOOD FOR YOU!! and good for use FANS that are quite sensitive..

This group really is involved with lots of controversies the good thing is that they have talents.. I guess I'll just have to accept the way they are.. :| coz now im officially an N-Dubz fan girl.. I hope they will not LOOK at someone's status in the society nor their own previous life.. I hope everyone will look how GREAT talents they are.. (WTH am I talking about?? LOL!) Okay let's just support them!! Coz I will!!! :)
