Go Kyung Pyo Protected His Heart and Dream In Frankly Speaking Episode 3

This episode tells us exactly what it means to be protecting our hearts by expressing what we really mean and by standing up for our own self including our dreams. Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. He was so used to living in lies and sugarcoat everything that he lost his true self to get himself to his desired dream/goal. Now that he got a disease of telling only the truth, it

Uhm Ki Joon | A Quick Guide To The Cast Of Kdrama The Penthouse: War In Life

It was not my first time to encounter Uhm Ki Joon in a drama, so I already know that he's very much in the same high level as the other 3 female leads of The Penthouse: War In Life when it comes to acting experience. I've seen him first in the musical drama Dream High, portraying a kind professor in Kirin high school. His character was so different in his role in The Penthouse, they are the polar opposites of good and evil. lol I now no longer wonder why he accepted such kind of work as Dream High, because he's actually a known musical theater actor to begin with. He first debuted in theater and became a popular musical theater actor up until today. This just shows how diverse he could act because he's experienced in both theater and television dramas.

We all hated his character in The Penthouse as Joo Dan Tae. He's the definition of a human possessing almost all of the deadly sins. We all know that Joo Dan Tae is a fictional character, but I can't help but get carried away with his spiteful actions. I hate him. lol

Here let us show you some information about the actor behind Joo Dan Tae:

Dating History
  • There were no news nor rumors about him dating or being in a relationship with a woman nor having a wife. It seemed like he's a very private person.
  • Media may have been itchy to expose something about his love life that there was a gay rumor surrounding him in 2015.
  • During his guesting for MBC Radio Star along with his co-actors for the musical, Uhm Ki Joon confessed that there was a rumor going around about him being gay and being in a relationship with Super Junior's Kyuhyun.
  • Their co-actor,  Lee Gun Myung jokingly commented that the tabloid news surfaced because Uhm Ki Joon and Kyuhyun were always going out to have a drink late at night.
  • Ki Joon and Kyuhyun only laughed about it and the rumor died down later on.

Personality and Character
  • As I watch him in different interviews, behind the scenes and guesting, I can conclude that Uhm Ki Joon is really a playful and cheerful guy.

Comments
  • There's not much more comment I could say about him except that he did an excellent job in portraying Joo Dan Tae. I really hated his character so much that I wanted to punch him in the face.
  • He's just the root of all unfortunate events happening in Shim Suryeon's life.
