Today I will show you the notebooks I have in learning Japanese Language (日本語). This is how I take down notes. Ways that helped me a lot in remembering kanji words and grammar structure. I hope you'll find this post helpful.
NOTEBOOK 1(My Personalized Kanji Dictionary)
This is one of my favorite notebooks, because this is where I've written all the Kanji words from N5 to N3 level. I often use this in memorizing the words and it becomes my very own personalized dictionary. You might be thinking that this is insane! Yes I know! (lol) It really took me a lot of time and patience in completing this. But I feel so fulfilled after I finished writing all of them. I did this during community quarantine/lockdown in our place. My major purpose in doing this is because I want to familiarize myself in the stroke orders of each Kanji characters. I find it more effective in memorizing new words whenever I write them. Also it served as my substitute from studying kanji characters when my eyes are tired from using gadgets. This is really a huge help for me in my studies. Also I feel more obligated to review this notebook because of the hardwork that I've put into it. It's a good motivation! (lol)
This October, I've decided that I'll fully immerse myself in Japanese. I have been studying vocabulary that's why I'm missing in action posting here in Japanese in the past months. I still have a long way to go, I'm not even finished with N3 vocabulary yet, so I'm not that confident to come back writing. I'll be focusing first on the input than the output. I know, I was very brave to actually write in Japanese before despite the lack of knowledge but I was just so excited to test it out. I'm actually happy about it, I'll maybe correct a few mistakes though. lol
Anyways, now I'm keeping a journal to write all the things I wanted in Japanese, somehow it's really effective since I'm able to correct myself along the way. It's really a good way to track your progress like this. Just to update you, I've been reading a lot of Japanese, understanding more the vocabulary that I've familiarized with. I seriously written the kanji words repeatedly in order for me to get used to them and their meanings, but I know I needed to understand them in context that's why I'm doing that. As I'm reading a lot lately, I realized that there's really no precise translation of Japanese context word for word. I think as long as you convey or understand the correct thought then that'll be fine.
I also watch japanese dramas and anime as well, that's why I got hooked up with The Millionaire Detective and Nakagawa Taishi. I met Nakagawa Taishi in my little lover drama and boy, he instantly became my fave! Followed him on instagram right after I finished that drama. Haha. I need to look for new anime and dramas to watch since I've finished these two that I've mentioned. If you have recommendations, then please leave it in the comment section.
Aside from reading, writing and watching, I also try to immerse myself back into japanese music again. I tried listening to Scandal band the other night and I feel so nostalgic! That was one great option for me to listen to, but my korean fandom is always pulling me back to them. So I've been looking for Japanese idol songs that somehow could keep up with my kpop sounds. And guess what!? I think I found what I'm looking for!
I found E-girls (Exile Girls)! Their music is really good! I haven't really researched about them thoroughly but their music just got into me that it's impossible to ignore them. I'm listening to them right now in youtube.
Lately I've been listening non stop to Kpop songs, it's not even the language that I'm studying. So I've decided to change my ways and found E-girls last night! I'm listening to them right now, I haven't played a kpop song yet. I think E-girls is really good that made me do such things.
To clarify though, of course I still love Kpop, Red Velvet especially. That still hasn't change. But since I'm trying mass immersion approach to learning japanese, then I need to listen to Jpop.

Show Time
This was the first song I've listened to and I was surprised at how amazing it was. Somehow it reminded me of the coolness of a kpop idol, blackpink.
While I am on a vacation, aside from relaxing, I do look for interesting things on the internet as well. I think it's already in my blood to research about whatever it is that's worthwhile. I'm just super curious about myself on what I could find as worthwhile or interesting. Sometimes we're able to understand ourselves more while discovering things like this right? I like this, it's like treasure hunting. But of course I will not keep those discovered gems all for myself. I will definitely boast them here and share all the information I could get.
So basically, during one of those nights I'm drinking I am searching for a fitting music that could accompany me the entire night. Well just so you know, I really like looking for the best music whenever I'm doing something I like because the music on that very moment will help me remember that time. Whenever you hear that music, it'll bring you a nostalgic feeling right? For me drinking on a very relaxing night is a very likable moment because I never get such leisure time on a daily basis. We're all adults here right, I know you all know what I'm saying. Lol
Anyways if you guys are reading every post in this blog, you might have seen already this man's name that I'll talk about. He's very charming, radiating a bad guy vibe with his rockstar looks and voice, a very manly one. Oh, have I mentioned I like such guys? So, who am I talking about? It's none other than Yutaka Ozaki! That one is a real gem, thank God for youtube recommendation for displaying this rock star's song entitled, 'I Love You'. Youtube really is cheesy, recommending a song like that. But I'm more than grateful!
There are so many concerts being announced lately by different organizers. The catch here is that, all of my favorite artists as of the moment decided to come to our country for a concert or for a fan meeting. And knowing that they are all my FAVORITES, it makes me very guilty if I think of not buying tickets to their events. Right now, I have bought 2 tickets for different concerts.
One for IU's Love Poem Concert which will be held tomorrow at Araneta Coliseum. IU is my favorite of all my favorites in this current period of time and that is because of Hotel Del Luna and her latest mini album, Love Poem. The time when IU announced that she will come to Manila for a concert, I knew that very moment that I will buy a ticket and go see her. I even decided right away that I will ditch our scheduled office Christmas party for this IU event coz l know my priorities. lol
The second ticket I bought is for my ALL TIME FAVORITE JAPANESE GIRL ROCK BAND, SCANDAL. Their concert will be held in June 2020 at New Frontier Theater. I bought the VVIP, just because I want to be as near as I can to them. Just because, they are my ALL TIME FAVORITE JAPANESE GIRL ROCK BAND since the beginning of this blog site. lol How can I not go to this event? Ugh. I still love them so.
So aside from the Hiragana which I have discussed previously in Learning Japanese: Hiragana/ひらがな we also have Katakana as part of the Kana system.
Basically it has the same phonetic sounds as Hiragana, it's just that the characters that represent them are all different. Katakana has sharp edges while Hiragana has rounded characters. Katakana is only used to represent words from a foreign language.

Since Katakana characters are very limited, foreign words do not sound equally the same in Japanese. So katakana will surely be a challenge for us foreigners of the Japanese language. I sometimes cannot understand how those words ended up like that. lol
So recently I listen to X-Japan songs and suddenly my friend who's doing whatever behind me was able to hum the melody of "Forever Love" song. Basically it startled me for the reason that my friend doesn't know anything about Japanese music. So I paused the song and asked.
My friend told me that she thought it was a Filipino song she's familiar with which is Tanging Sa'yo by Jerome Abalos and didn't really heard that the lyrics I'm listening to is in japanese. So I searched it right away which shocked me because they are totally similar. I somehow knew this Tagalog song from way back but it didn't cross my mind to compare them. Wow just wow!
If you'll check carefully though, the translations of the title and the lyrics are not the same. Well maybe we cannot really literally translate word for word but all-in-all the I think the lyrics have the same thought which is about break-up? You be the judge.
On another note since time has gone by and the tagalog version is still out there,then I think the copyright issues are resolved. So let's not create an issue here alright. Still, this song of X Japan is a epic!
From the first month of the year, I oath to learn Japanese language AGAIN. lol Attempt no. infinity~Damn!
But this time I'm gonna be serious. Coz these books I've bought are really expensive. Well aside from that, it's really hard to start all over again and again. It's like repeating the basics the entire time and no progress at all. Time is surely wasted with this type of negative habit. So I'm gonna put a stop on this laziness and just get on with it step by step. Therefore, I decided to post here the progress I've made every single lessons. Just so I could track whether I've learned it well or I've missed out something. In my case right now, I'm already in advance lessons. Meaning the topic that I'll post here were the lessons I've learned beforehand.
Also let me clear some things in here, I'm not trying to teach alright. So stop thinking that coz I'm no pro on this. I'm just gonna use this blog to basically become my tracker, my motivation to study more so I could post in here. Oh yes more blog entries! It's like killing 2 birds with one stone! Yep that's it.
Also blog entries like this would just share about how I study. How I study japanese. The easiest way for me to familiarize with things. So without further ado, let me start with it.
But wait! I'll post first from the very basic. I'm not gonna jump to kanji level coz that one is the beast. So let's take baby steps first and deal with one of the Kana characters which is Hiragana.
Although before we start right of the Hiragana characters, let's have basic understanding of what the Japanese Language first is. This one's really helpful and it's a video from youtube.
Did you guys know about the great news? Our one and only Yamashita Tomohisa landed finally on the 21st century and finally launching instagram account. What amazes me about this news is that he launched his instagram last May 16 and in May 19, he already gained 2M Followers! By the time I'm writing this, he already has 2.5m. Just wow!
I prefer to think that Johnny's tactics in making the international fans long for Yamapi is effective. But it only proves how prestige Yamashita Tomohisa is. Seriously when you hear or search for his name he's like one of, if not, the biggest star you'll come across the Jdorama scene.
As for me I have known Yamapi first when I've encountered NEWS group in the so called Music Station. By then, I've known his name and partly his entertainment career. And of course being friends with other bachelors/singers/actors like Ikuta Toma, Nishikido Ryo, Matsumoto Jun and more helped to popularize his name even more. It's a good thing these boys share the same entertainment agency as well.
Also due to his huge popularity, there's this hearsay that Yamapi is the next Takuya Kimura. And did you know that Yamapi is now the second person on instagram to gain 1M follower with a record of 7 hours and 40 minutes! Second to joint account of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
We all know that I've been a huge fan of AKB48 before. And I think it's only proper for me to actually celebrate a very important event of their lives. That's non other than their "marriage".
Yep, that thing is inevitable like Thanos.
Anyway, in commemoration of all the broken hearts I mean the marriage of our favorite idols from the past, let me list down here their marriage announcement dates.
1. Maeda Atsuko (Announcement: July 31, 2018)
Who would ever know that the first ever member of Kami 7 that announced graduation would be the first one to get married as well? Just proved she's first at anything not just the general elections. lol
Kidding aside, according to the news, Maeda and her lucky husband registered their marriage July 30, 2018. Their corresponding agencies delivered the news to every Japanese media the following day. By August 1, 2018 the husband actually posted on his instagram which basically to confirm and send thank you greetings.
If in case you are curious, Maeda was 27 years old and her husband was 31 years old by the time they tied the knot.
Well at least our Maeda is now happy and with a baby boy now. Huwa! Time surely flies by so fast! I can't believe we're all getting old.

Takamina actually was our bridge in meeting each other, you know Shin Domoto Kyoudai program. When Acchan was the guest in their September 9 episode. [Ahhh I can still remember the date, because it is when I have witnessed how TRUE AtsuMina is. And of course, the first time I saw Daigo Naito aka Daigo Stardust]. Set aside AtsuMina for a while, Daigo needs my attention! [lol]
Hmm.. this is a one exciting blog entry for me. My heart is thumping [doki doki]. Kya!!!
Well to tell you all honestly I actually like men and women who wore black clothes. When my favorite artists which I fan girl so much wear such clothing my always reaction is [OMG! I can die peacefully], [Why are you seducing me!!], [This guy/girl is going to have an intimate love from me], [Oh boy! You're MINE!!]....
Haha! I know it's quite really funny, but I am really serious here okay? [LOL] I love black! Black is definitely sexy for me! It's like they are tempting me to do have evil~ish desire and pleasure! HAHAHAHA
[If only you could imagine how much I want to scream out loud seeing my favorite artists wearing this color]HNGGG.... Just imagine out in the middle of the night where everyone's resting.. then a photo update pops out my news feed showing my favorite artist wearing black... FUUUUU!!! [screaaaaaammmmmm]
But of course I love to see my favorite people to wear different colors of clothing too, as long as those clothes suit them then there's no disagreement on it. Blue, yellow, orange, green, or whatever color it is I love them all. They bring different vibes or characters on me. Cute, gorgeous, stunning, but the sexy and hot character would always be from the black clothing. Well actually any dark color is acceptable for me [I'm not choosy at all] LOL!
Why? I don't know, [lol] But seeing my favorite artists wearing such clothes really is pleasurable to me. I just can't stop giggling at the same time lure over their amazing photos in black! GAH! I LOVE IT!!!!!

This gorgeous, amazing, HOT, SEXY, guy is absolutely one of my favorite man who wore black clothes. Formal or casual, I just love it!! He's tall and manly enough to look great in that wearing. Ugh! But of course I wouldn't mind if he won't wear black suits as well.. a nude one I think will still be acceptable.. [trolololol] Oh! I'm sorry! My evil side is coming out again... hmmm... [silence]
I love blogging. I love writing and expressing my thoughts to everyone. But it's more lovely when there are people who are really bothering going here to read my articles from time to time. I'm really thankful that I have avid readers who are keep on supporting my page whatever the topic may be. My blog isn't that popular as every other trending blogs out there, but I must say I'm really proud by gaining a few page hits everyday. My stats are really going very well and I'm really happy! Thanks really!!
Aside from expressing my gratitude over my avid readers, I also wanted to say I really am sorry for those who are quite disappointed when their favorite categories are not being written about for long now. When I'm really addicted to someone or something, I really can't hide it and worst make numerous blog entries here consecutively. As of now I'm addicted to AKB48, and obviously I can't stand a day without reading articles and share my thoughts about them with you. Making blog entries about AKB48 is really risky but I still continue to do so because I'm happy to what I'm writing about them. My blog is NOT fully devoted to single artist nor some specific category, but is about variety of topics. I'm just adapting to where I am well entertained and happy in writing. I don't really know either what will happen to my present addiction in the future, so what I'm doing now is just enjoying it as much as I can. Haha.
My friend told me that the reason why I get easily bored with someone or some topic is because of too much obsession and addiction. She said I was fully devoted to one topic and gave every time I have to them. Which I do really agree because I know myself. XD Though for the best, I'm really trying to balance every fandom I have even though it's really hard. I feel like I'm really in a relationship with my current obsession that I fully forget about other things. LOL! I don't know if it's good or not though. *sigh*

Today is a wonderful day! I feel so awesome and free!! I started the month of May productively! Yattaaa!!!! *tears of joy* Haaaa, I think I'm now growing at the same time maturing. lololol. This day is a very important day for me because I was able to get out of my comfort zone. The truth is, I'm really afraid of traveling different parts of the metropolitan but I was able to do so just earlier! HAHAHA! I'm so proud of myself, because I came out all by myself. trololol. The fun part is I was smiling and giggling to myself when I started to commute using a bus. My travel route is from south to north part.. Hahah it was really a looooong journey. It was my first time to ever reach that place. It has become a very precious place for me. *heart
My main purpose for going there is because I needed to get information about my thesis project. :) And I did learned a lot! I was able to meet awesome people as well, which were also involved with successful businesses in our country. It was really fun. I can't express how happy and proud I am for myself. GAAAAAH!! It was one of my greatest achievement!!!! Haha! And to tell you honestly, I am not good with directions at all. I'm an awful map. LOL! Gladly my brain did function very well earlier, I was so cool! lalalala~ (praising myself because I'm proud of it!!). Well I'm sorry if I was raised always having someone with me when I'm traveling.. besides I'm not originally from this place at all.. I came from a different city and province away from the main city of the country. *I was living like a princes, I was spoiled* <---fcking confession? T.T
Hahah! I found out some cool stuffs last night and one of them is about this blog entry. I love Rina Suzuki from SCANDAL band and Kojima Haruna from AKB48, and I was shocked to discover that they are both following one another on twitter. Kojima is currently following 38 people now in twitter, so I was eager to know who she was following and I was shocked when I saw Rina's name. Other than Rina there are no other scandal band member that was on her list. Hahaha! I'm following Rina and SCANDAL for a long time now and I didn't notice any news about her being acquainted with Kojima. I was really happy seeing this, maybe they were friends or something in reality what do you guys think? If you have facts or speculations out there make sure to let me know okay? I'm really curious how these two are connected to each other. :))
I've been reading blogs lately, it's really cool to read articles from fellow bloggers. Honestly it makes me feel inspired (of course I'm referring to those bloggers that gives their own opinion about something). Somehow they are all enjoyable to read. I've found few awesome sites to follow and yeah I bookmarked them already. If you are a blogger and you write things down in english, don't hesitate to share your site with me. I still haven't got any sleep, it feels like I dont need it as long as I'm on track with my fandom. LOL seriously I dont know what's happening anymore.. :)) days have passed very quickly and I still have tons of school works to do. waaaah I can't concentrate any longer.. waaaaa... DANG!!!
Oh btw, I created this blog entry today to give a warning to those jpop lovers who are reading my blog, especially to those who are scandal fans. As you all can observe my kpop fandom is beginning to rule over my blog *not yet but soon though*, But I dont want you guys to feel upset about it, because I still am going to update things about SCANDAL and few japanese artists or even anime. Nothing will change about that. It's just that my blog will just upgrade as I will feature more categories. :)
I really love both Jpop and Kpop. From before when I loved Jpop, because of my too much amazement and admiration towards Scandal (up until now).. I seriously am a hater of Kpop.. I was really close minded from before. I hate to appreciate Kpop idols or artists because they trend too much, it felt like they are already invading all over the world. You know, it's like Korean will be our national language, if this continues. LOL! Seriously, I still fight for Jpop as the best than kpop. *Really childish right?* Maybe I was envious at that time because korean idols are very well appreciated by LOTS of people around the globe even if some of their faces are just made of scientific medics. This isn't a rant towards korean idols okay? I'm just saying my opinion. That was my state of mind from before, I always look at kpop's negative sides instead of seeing their products. Gladly!!! Angels came down from heaven and touches my head. LOOOL! Suddenly when I woke up one morning I've already got the guts to watch korean mv's and started to appreciate their hard works. If you are going to think about being on a position of korean idols being hated, I think it'll be the worst feeling ever. Nobody wants to be rejected by fans or any other people, knowing that they've did their best in order to achieve something they really want.. it's to achieve their dreams. *This is going nowhere LOL*
But seriously guys, I therefore conclude that.. LOL! We shall also love KPOP.. as a fellow Jpop lover.. I'm saying this for the best. stop the anti-hallyu thing okay? Well not all of you can really like or love Kpop as much as you love Jpop or anything else, I wont force you to do so, It's just that if your can't show your love or likeness towards it... then why not just SHOW SOME RESPECT.. And if you're fcking asshole who dont know what respect is, then why not just IGNORE and SHUT YOUR MOUTH.. (LOL) Let's heal the world and make it a better place! HAHAHA wtf!

I believe every woman is soft in the inside. LOL! But seriously I'm really glad to see this news!!! Erika!! I missed you so much!! After 1 Litre of Tears and Taiyou no Uta, finally I can watch you again on screen!!!!! Just ignore those haters and medias around you, just please focus on your work and prove to them you are worthy for a comeback!! *heart* *heart*
Sigh.. it's kinda sad to actually saw the news.. i'm sad coz I've known this group ever since I've known J-pop my whole life. I'm actually not a fan of NEWS though i'm really affected by the disbandment. I've known Yamapi because of his appearances from different J-drama and Nishikido from my favorite drama 1 litre of Tears, I only accidentally see them on Music Station when I was in Highschool and loved some of their songs, they are somehow catchy and all.. but of course nothing beats captivating songs from SCANDAL. uwii hah!
