TVING’s upcoming series “The Ordinary Jackpot” has released new character stills featuring Lee Jun Hyuk as Gong Eun Tae, an overworked team leader whose ordinary life changes after winning 1.3 billion won in the lottery.
Rather than immediately quitting his job, Eun Tae returns to the office with his lottery winnings as a safety net. The new stills highlight the contrast between his exhausted self before the jackpot and the subtle shift in his attitude afterward.
Lee Jun Hyuk described Eun Tae as a hardworking office worker who always gives his best despite the pressures of his job. He also teased the character’s understated emotional changes as he adjusts to his unexpected fortune.
The 10-episode series will premiere on TVING on September 10, followed by its tvN broadcast debut on September 14.
