Ji Jin Hee's Romance in the House Ended with a 4.2% Viewership Ratings

Romance in the House ended last weekend with a nationwide viewership rating of 4.2%. The family of Byeon Moo Jin and Ae Yeon finally got reconciled after years. Moojin explained his very reason why he disappeared from his family and it's because to catch the culprit behind the scam that ruined his life. He also became rich because of another victim's mom's reward to him after catching the culprit in Thailand. It turned out that this mom also is Moojin's baseball fan. It's really funny how unrealistic this really is but that's just how things are in this drama. Haha!

Moojin and Ae Yeon decided to not live under the same house so that they can enjoy their solitude and go after the things they wanted as a single person. They are still a family but they do not bind themselves within that boundary anymore especially now that their children are now a person of their own too. Moojin is now working as a baseball coach while Ae Yeon is working as a model. Both of them are chasing their dreams from when they were still single. It's never too late for dreams to come true.

Mirae moved out and is happy with her love life with Tae Pyeong. She's very clear with her preference of not getting tied in marriage though. And Tae Pyeong respected that. Hyeon Jae on the other hand is also pursuing whatever it is he wanted with full support from his family.

Overall, I really liked this drama. It's light and fun to watch. A breath of fresh air from other on-going stressful and over dramatic series. Kkk It has beautiful family lessons that each viewers must be reminded. I'll recommend it for sure.

Kim Myung Min and Son Hyun Joo are Repenting for their Sins in "Your Honor" Finale

Finally this drama, Your Honor, has ended. Would I want a season 2 for this? Definitely not! lol Even though the fight against Woo One Group's Gang Heon obviously ain't over yet, I don't think I'd be curious anymore to watch another season for what's about to happen. This season one basically made me watch a one-sided battle in favor of the mob boss. It literally made me watch Song Pan Ho make a fool out of himself the whole time in front of Gang Heon. I felt so disappointed expecting him to make a big plot twist and turn everything in favor of his side, seems like I was too hopeful for such a thing. Pan Ho is such a big shit. Well, he's now aware of his sins. What he did the entire time was not protecting Ho Young. He's basically driving his son towards his tragic end. How stupid of him. He wanted to believe only what he wants, he never consulted Ho Young from the start and now Ho Young couldn't take it anymore and do revenge all on his own and died miserably. Sigh.... I feel bad for Ho Young but his death is the only way for Pan Ho to wake up from his stupidity. I just hate that guy so much. Much more than I hated Gang Heon tbh.

Another person that I feel bad about here is Eun too. She's way too good to belong in a monster family like Gang Heon's. May she rest in peace with Ho Young.

It Turned out that Jung So Min Got a Heavier Reason to Rethink Her Life All Over Again in "Love Next Door" Episode 8

We're finally halfway through this drama and it already served us all the problems of each characters that needed resolution in the second half. The biggest and shocking revelation came from Seok Ryu's side, wherein we found out that she had been diagnosed of stage 2 stomach cancer and had 70% of her stomach removed in the US. And it seemed like her illness has recurred as she experienced a very painful stomachache in the latest episode 8.

Now that this truth got revealed, my perspective towards Seok Ryu's situation changed greatly. All this time I thought she's only going through self reboot after going through slump and marriage failure but there's more into it than I had expected. It's a terminal illness that made Seok Ryu stop her fast paced life routine and made her rethink her life again. This became one of the main reasons why he quit her depressing job, go home to spend more time with her friends and family and look for her dream. Seok Ryu's life decisions were greatly influenced after going through a life and death situation as fighting cancer. Gosh, why are romcoms becoming too depressing lately? To be honest, I really love angst in any form of drama but... a dying character is just not my thing. It's too much! Not that I'm saying Seok Ryu's gonna die though... it's just that... terminal illness in a kdrama stands for a lot of crying and my heart is too fragile now for that. Sigh.

Anyways, looking at the bright side... just like in Queen of Tears, this illness of Seok Ryu would bring her family close together for sure. Seung Hyo would become even more loyal to her and stay by her side till the end once he finds out the truth. Sigh.

Ji Jin Hee and Kim Ji Soo Shared a Kiss After a Very Long Time in "Romance in the House" Episode 10

The former landlord's daughter of the Family Villa came to blame Moojin from the death of her father. She accused Moojin of scamming her dad to invest only to steal his money. However, Ae Yeon, Mi Rae and Hyeon Jae quickly defended Moojin from the serious allegations. In the end, the truth came out when Moo Jin's tax consultant, Oh Jae Gyeol, spoke the truth and everyone in the Family Villa finally got enlightened. This situation finally brought Moojin and his family closer together again. It really was a touching scene especially when Mi Rae stood up for her father. We all know that Mi Rae hated her father for a very long time but lately, she's having a great character development and her hatred towards her father diminished greatly after seeing all efforts of Moojin in making their family happy again especially Ae Yeon. Moojin's sincerity got felt and slowly, everything's getting better.

One of the major mysteries in this dramas has been solved and we only got one more left! In the last 2 episodes, we'll surely be able to find out how Moojin got rich and hopefully it's all legal. But I'm pretty sure that it is considering that Moojin is such a sweetheart despite his manly stance.

Byeon Mirae got herself a love life too. It's just so cute that the loneliness and anger of Mirae slowly faded because of her love life. Seriously, love life can solve several negative emotions. kkk It's proven and comes out very effective! Nam Tae Pyeong got literally close to her too because the CEO made her the mentor of him in the company. It turns out that CEO and Tae Pyeong had an agreement that Tae Pyeong would work in the company for 3 months.

Jang Na Ra and Nam Ji Hyun Strengthen Their Partnership in "Good Partner" Episode 13

Chun Hwan Seo got a verdict of 15 years imprisonment for murder charge. Cha Eun Kyung, Han Yuri and the rest of Daejeong Law firm worked together to get the charge of manslaughter changed to murder of Hwan Seo's wife. Jung Woo Jin became the managing partner of Daejeong too which means, his greedy father is no longer the one who decides for the firm and so Jung Woo Jin was able to cancel the contract between Chun Foundation and Daejeong. That's freedom from representing the dirty company, tbh. I love how Jung Woo Jin runs the company and even Cha Eun Kyung approves of that.

Speaking of Cha Eun Kyung, her testimonies against her client Hwan Seo took a toll on her career. Of course, even though Cha Eun Kyung is in the right, no clients would want an attorney who might turn against them in the end. Right now, everyone thinks of her like that. The doubt  has been created. Even though Eun Kyung won the public's sympathy to her side in the end, the potential clients coming to her is the problem.

The good partnership between Eun Kyung and Han Yu Ri has strengthened even more due to this case with Hwan Seo. However, good things has an end as well. Cha Eun Kyung told Yuri that she will now leave Daejeong and let Yuri handle her own cases to fully grow as an attorney. And judging by the preview for next episode, Eun Kyung will establish her own firm. It's really something I'm looking forward to, tbh. Though it's a bit tough now that no clients would want her, it seems like Yuri will become her hero again as she will still refer Eun Kyung to some of Daejeong's clients. Both Eun Kyung and Yuri will start their new chapter separately next week and I'm very much curious how they'll establish themselves alone.

Jang Na Ra Faces New Trouble Brought by her Rich Client in "Good Partner" Episode 12

The CEO really thinks his law firm would do so well without their veteran star lawyer, Cha Eun Kyung. Yayks! For 17 years, Cha Eun Kyung represented the law firm and winning hundreds if not thousands of cases and suddenly he wanted her out. After watching this episode 12, I think I already know why CEO is wanting to fire Eun Kyung. The only reason I see is that, she's becoming the face of the law firm and not his son Jung Woo Jin. Basically he felt threatened that the spotlight is not on his son. The CEO is not taking drastic measures to force his son's way in stealing that spotlight on Eun Kyung. And since Woo Jin got unrequited love for Eun Kyung, the CEO wants Eun Kyung out to force Woo Jin to finally take some actions and it's already happening. The only way for Woo Jin to stop the CEO from firing Eun Kyung is to become the company's new CEO. Hmmm... seems like we're gonna face more situations that would trigger us to be mad again just like what happened with Ji Sang and Choi Sa Ra. I honestly thought that they would become the main event, but I was wrong. I guess the story would be a drag to watch if they prolonged it for 17 episodes anyway so I guess they did the right job.

Speaking of doing the right job, them adding a case where people would get frustrated with is a great tactic to make the viewers stay with the whole run of the drama even after the story of Eun Kyung's divorce. Seriously, that divorce plus domestic violence case infuriates me the most. It's the typical rich man abusing his powers to cover up his evil deeds but it's effective as it'll make the viewers invested and carried away for the weak/hopeless character. The actors were so believable that it would make you wanna punch them in the face, tbh. The cast and the production really did an exceptional work for this. I'm loving it.
