This is my first time to really appreciate them closely. Like, wow! Just wow! It's been a long time since I've watched and listened to EXO up close like this again, and I'm so shocked how Chanyeol and Sehun matured visually and improved vocally! And I am so freaking in love now! Ahhhh
Excuse my reactions if it's too much but heck this song's beat and Sehun and Chanyeol are so seeeeeexyyy!!!!! Their voices and the groove just matched so well and I cannot move on from this! It feels like you just wanna feel the vibe of this song and just dance with them.
Okay this is it guys! I have yet another late discovery in my kpop fandom. Damn it. Anyways, it's about Mamamoo!!! Ah that group's songs are so addictive and just my type! Every members are oozing with confidence and they have the right to wear that because they have talents! I swear, no one in that group is a left out when it comes to singing and dancing. I'm currently listening to them with every bits of what they have released as of the moment in youtube and surely I have no regrets if I will stan this group along with my beloved Red Velvet.
In all honesty, I've already known MAMAMOO way back just like my history with Red Velvet. But I just fully appreciated them this mid year of 2020 and it's all thanks to their hit song, HIP as well as their constant connection with Red Velvet.
Seulgi and Moonbyul has collaboration in year 2018 called, Selfish. I've been listening to that so I kinda know Moonbyul way before. As for Solar, who I've discovered was when the news came out that it was Solar who helped Wendy during her accident and just last night during their V-Live, Solar expressed her desire to be close with Wendy! Wah! That news makes me overjoyed, finally, our Wendy will have yet another friend aside from Red Velvet members and Sejeong. lol It has been a while since another one has been added to that friend's list of Wendy. hahaha! Don't get it wrong though, Wendy is really charming and friendly and nice, it's just that, she's so shy that it's difficult to get closer to her. At least now, there are people voicing out their interest in her and I'm very happy about that.
If you heard MAMAMOO, there is no way you wouldn't know the name Hwasa. Due to her undeniable charisma, she was able to swoon everyone off their feet. She managed to get collaboration with JYP and numerous solo projects. I've seen her also on the TV program called I Live Alone and it's quite fascinating to see her daily life outside that heavy character when she's performing as an idol. And of course, I haven't heard much about the details of her work, but I've known the name Wheein as well. I'll definitely check her out more to get to know her but I take it still a good news that I know everyone's names in the group. It just meant that the individuals shine despite being in a group and that's what matters.
Hi there again. Today I just wanted to discuss about the youtube channel that I created called ARCHI JAPAN by KPEP. I've been active posting several 3D videos there because aside from practicing myself doing 3D models and renders, I also wanted to share those output with everyone. And I think you guys will be interested in my channel as well since the content revolves around ANIME 3D Models and HOUSE Designs.
Some of you already know that I am an architect by profession. I may look like I'm crazy fangirling over idols here but I actually am a professional. lol But anyways, setting that aside, I am here to tell you guys that I will post and share my archi japan videos here on the blog as well to widen my audience. (just in case someone is really searching these kind of stuff on the internet) I think it's about time to make use of all the stuff I created in my younger years to help me out on my journey in advertising my youtube videos. Haha! It's really great that I've been on the loose when I was younger, creating all the stuff I know would bring happiness to myself and at the same time still be useful in the future. I really am grateful for myself because of that. There were so many things I've learned lately about AKB48 and most of them are shocking in my perspective. Well, since I was a massive fan from a long time ago, up until now I am still following some news about them in my social media feed. I just wanted to write about them again just because I wanted to share to you guys some of my reaction over these shocking news I've learned.
First of all, about Watanabe Mayu's retirement to entertainment industry. The news actually blew up June 1 but I just only knew about this after a week or 2 from the announcement. The reason given was to focus more on the betterment of her health (both mental and physical). To be honest, I am not going to argue about that reason at all. She debuted along with the other members at a very young age in AKB48 and the pressure of the idol life and the ranking, I'm sure, took a toll on her mental health. I wish for her fast recovery at the same time a fulfilling life outside the entertainment.
2nd would be the shocking news I learned about Akimoto Sayaka. She's a half Japanese and Filipino, so she's someone special to my heart. Aside from that she was one of the members in AKB before that I found extremely funny. Like, funny that I would really laugh out loud. I could listen to his comedic remarks without cringing like I suffered from Takahashi Minami, lol. I really love Akimoto Sayaka, and I could only hope to see her more like. Such a sunshine.
Oh I almost forgot, the news about her. Well, she's already married! Congratulations, Sayaka! She announced that to her official twitter last June 22, posting an image with her husband who happened to be the rapper PUNPEE. It was said that they marry last June 20, 2020. When I read about this news, I was really shock for some reason. Maybe because it's I wasn't expecting this anytime soon, like there were no signs or were there any? I honestly thought that it could be Tomomi Itano or Oshima Yuko that would enter first in the married club but it's Sayaka. But that was just a first reaction to it, but later on, I came to accept already 'coz we don't have a say on this anyway. lol I'm just so happy for her, and I could only wish that they would really last long forever.
Gosh!!! Have you seen the music video!? OMG That was like the most mature MV I have seen of Red Velvet, and those two really did well! They are little monsters that caught big parts in our heart because of that MV. Like totally dominating it! People may argue that it looked really sexual but if you focus (which I bet you can't) on the message of the lyrics and how they portray their concept you could actually understand why it was done the way it is now. From my understanding, in general, it's about discovering and the process of overcoming your inner monster. And I think this concept is relatable for us all, as humans, we do have a lot on our plate and one of our biggest enemy has been always ourselves. I think the first teaser video entitled two shadows that SM released before says so much about their concept for that monster already, and the lyrics 'Under the same light, there are two shadows' strengthens that.
What I like so much about the MV is... it's so dark! lol From the setting to the costumes and props, like everything is dark concept and I love it so much! I really like the velvet concept of RV, like psycho but Monster is definitely darker so I'm not sure anymore if it's still categorized on the velvet or is it already beyond that? Anyways, aside from that, the DANCE MOVES!! OH MY GOD! My most favorite part would be around the 0:26 to 0:32.. it was amazing! STUNNING even!!! I wish there will be a dance practice version of this. Irene and Seulgi are the lead and main dancers respectively in the group so it's really amazing to see those two move.
Red Velvet finally created a sub-unit for the Reveluvs to quench their thirst for the group. It has been about 6 months or more that Wendy was forced into hiatus due to the accident SBS caused. And having a sub-unit debut at times like this, fans definitely are thankful but I also have to say that I have high expectations too. Red Velvet as a group has been very versatile when it comes to their music style, and having said that, IS as the first ever sub-unit for this group should at least match if not exceed it. Anyhow, I think I won't be disappointed in the end because the teasers themselves slap me on the face. It's like saying 'what were you sayin' btch?' lol I always forgot that it has been more than a decade that these two train and work together, aside from that they are sisters who always support one another. So there really is nothing to worry about!
And so I made this blog entry, to compile here all the teasers to add to hype more this unit debut. I wish at least, I could be of help. I really love everything that's Red Velvet so creating an entry for them has always been a pleasure.

It's already July in 2020 and nothing great happened in my life yet except Wendy's precious song covers! lol This is bittersweet confession but anyways, I think everything will be better once Wendy came back to us fully recovered. I'm sure and am praying to see her this year 2020.
So, last night Wendy yet again posted another cover and she mentioned that she'll do that more often. She posted that cover on a Wednesday so everyone's thinking that she'll do so every Wednesday. Wow! I am so excited to hear more from her. The song is by the way called If It's You which is originally from Jung Seung Hwan.
