During my prime years in stanning SCANDAL (band), I have saved a lot of photos and videos of them. Because those were the days where updates were treated as gold. The members don't own accounts on instagram and twitter yet. Or I think they already have twitter but they rarely post anything. Photos were very rare and if some videos were posted on youtube, you just gotta download them fast because it'll be taken down within the 24 hours or even shorter than that. We lived in the old age, but that was a fun experience in my fandom so I'm not gonna complain. 

As I was saying, I have downloaded a lot of goodies from the past so I'm gonna share them to you all now. Sharing is caring, after all.

Happy New Year!! Hello 2020!!!

Wow the year 2019 surely was a long year right? I mean, with all the hardships that we've gone through the year, it felt like it became even longer than usual. But I'm proud of myself that I was able to become aware of the things that happened. It's really a huge achievement for me. Although everything seemed to be neutral and just fine, I was able to do a lot of things that somehow made my year 2019. Let me tell you a few selected things I've did last year for myself.

1. I was able to start my Japanese language studies by the 1st month of the year 2019. And I'm quite impressed by myself for sticking to it until the end of the year. Although I said that I will blog about my progress, I was not able to do so since I got a very busy schedule everyday. But to make you all updated I am now finished with the N5  grammar and kanji and am now studying N4 level. Hehe It's like I need a whole year to study every level. So if there are 5 levels then I think it will take me 5 years to fully become proficient in speaking and writing the language. But that conclusion is because I am working at the same time studying, so I think that's okay for now.

2. This one is probably my greatest achievement last year. Being able to somehow come back into writing and was able to apply for google adsense. I think that's a bonus. I somehow able to retrieve my enthusiasm when it comes to writing on this blog. It's a big improvement and I'm now able to express myself again. Although I talk a lot about fandom, I usually throw some of my thoughts about life once in a while. I love it that way.

3. I was able to attend one of my favorite artist's concert which is IU's Love, Poem in Manila. I think this is one of the best that happened in my entire fandom timeline coz it's my first ever concert and it was IU's first time to perform in Manila as well. I think we have mutual feelings over the event. She was totally overwhelmed and so do all Maaenas especially me. It was really an unforgettable night. If I knew that it felt that magical during concerts, then I should have considered attending to concerts earlier. But of course I do not regret that it was IU's concert that I first attended. It was an amazing experience.

4. Discovery of different artists to add in my list to fangirl and blog about. I know a lot of you are aware of the artists that I follow from the start, the main ones that shook my world were ofc SCANDAL, Bae Suzy, AKB48 and Jessica & Krystal. Those were the old ones, but in the year of 2019 I was able to add more to follow mainly IU, Yeo Jin Goo,  Ozaki Yutaka and lastly Red Velvet. They all complete my 2019 fandom, I'm so happy about it and so hyped about them. Finally it's the time wherein I find enthusiasm again in writing stuff about fandom all because of them. I'm so crazy about them and their corresponding works. I think that it's better to follow several artists too so there are variety of things to write about as well as I won't get too attached with just one. I like it this way.

Too Many Concerts/Fanmeetings

There are so many concerts being announced lately by different organizers. The catch here is that, all of my favorite artists as of the moment decided to come to our country for a concert or for a fan meeting. And knowing that they are all my FAVORITES, it makes me very guilty if I think of not buying tickets to their events. Right now, I have bought 2 tickets for different concerts.

One for IU's Love Poem Concert which will be held tomorrow at Araneta Coliseum. IU is my favorite of all my favorites in this current period of time and that is because of Hotel Del Luna and her latest mini album, Love Poem. The time when IU announced that she will come to Manila for a concert, I knew that very moment that I will buy a ticket and go see her. I even decided right away that I will ditch our scheduled office Christmas party for this IU event coz l know my priorities. lol 

The second ticket I bought is for my ALL TIME FAVORITE JAPANESE GIRL ROCK BAND, SCANDAL. Their concert will be held in June 2020 at New Frontier Theater. I bought the VVIP, just because I want to be as near as I can to them. Just because, they are my ALL TIME FAVORITE JAPANESE GIRL ROCK BAND since the beginning of this blog site. lol How can I not go to this event? Ugh. I still love them so. 

HAPPY 31st BIRTHDAY Haruna Ono!

Hello everyone, I am back after a while coz today is my favorite japanese band's frontman's birthday! And that's no other than, SCANDAL's Haruna. 🎉🎉🎉

Wow!! Just how many birthdays of her exactly that passed by without me knowing?! How many years has it been that I didn't greet her!? I commit a sin to this fandom, I confess. lol

Well let's all be honest here fellow fandom friends, birthdays of our favorite idols/band members/actors/actresses/etc have this kind of Christmas and New Year effect on us. We're one of those people doing countdown like crazy. Adjusting our time zone for them wherever they are and wait till it's 12:01am to greet them on facebook or wherever in social media. We're like competing who'll be the first one to greet them happy birthday. It's crazy I know that we're so into people who doesn't even know our existence in the world. lol

Anyways there are a lot of ways to celebrate this special day of the year, right? Some people I know have their own altar for their favorite idols/band members and putting cakes in front of them and started singing the happy birthday song. Putting cakes in front of their computer's desktop with that specific birthday celebrant's picture as the wallpaper is one thing also. Extreme right? But as for me, I didn't do those things at all. What I just did was just to put an all-nighter and create a fan video tribute for their birthday. Hahaha! You might have thought that I was a normal fan out there for a second right? No I was not. I was once an extreme fan out there also ready to dedicate my whole time for my favorites and not care about anything in the world but them. So to you fellow fandom friends, I know how you feel. Been there done that!

SCANDAL MAGIC featuring Haruna Ono

Some of you maybe wondering why there is no sole blog entry published for SCANDAL's Haruna Ono and Rina Suzuki in here. Unlike what I did for Mami and Tomomi. Well in case you are not familiar with the beginnings of the Scandal magic Fb Fanpage and the history of my blogging, it was actually Haruna and Rina's article that were first published. But that was on a different blog site. And unfortunately that site can no longer be accessed due to some stupid actions I've accidentally did before. And basically I have lost all the data so I got frustrated and just continued with Mami and Tomomi.

Anyways, I'll end that longing of yours and will now start writing for Haruna's. I'll probably pull an all-nighter here to do some research. I honestly cannot recall a few information from way before since it has been a long time and the fact that I stopped with this fandom for a few years didn't help either. Although the page and posts views does not fully covered the 9 years because I have deactivated this blog almost like the entire time I didn't have the urge to write. Keismagic's 2nd Anniversary!!!

OMG!!! It's now my 2 years in blogging!! Well maybe more than that when I'm still using my first ever blog url that was deleted by google all because of my stupidity. Yeah right, I was the one to blame! Who else? ww

I still remember that day, one of the downfalls in my blogging history. www But that didn't stop me, as you can witness now. Hooray for the survival of my blog 'keismagic' for two years now!!! Wow! I just can't believe my stupidity didn't attack me for the second time, or probably I've already learned and I've tried to be more cautious. lol

I know, this site isn't that big enough but for me.. it's one of the best I could treasure. Blogging about my interests (fandom and a bit of my little life) is already a pleasure of mine. It's really fun sharing things and discovering people who have the same point of view as mine. To have valued readers who visits the page when there are updates, or by just accidentally coming into this non-sense site.. is already happiness for me. ww

'Bright' SCANDAL

Everytime 'Bright' song is playing, I can't help but feel so sentimental about SCANDAL. It seemed like all their past experiences specifically their struggles in becoming the scandal band who we all witness today are becoming visible in my eyes and mind. The song is somehow transferring all the memories they wanted to express to me, it's so lovely. I don't know yet what's behind the lyrics of this song, but just by listening to it, I can already define its own meaning to me. T.T [creys] lol

So since I'm feeling this way, I feel like I can make lots of blog entries about them. I feel like sharing my stuff here about them, Argh! I just love this feeling towards SCANDAL, they make me feel how special their existence could be. Their songs are just amazing.

Since I have posted several volumes of Official SCANDAL MANIA book before, I guess I need to update future releases as well right? Just earlier when I got home, I was able to get notified by a friend that the new Volume was already out which gives me an idea to stalk my different scandal sources.

Queens are Trumps + Pin Heel Surfer Concepts

All Hail the Queens!! They are BACK! 

This 'Queens are Trumps' concept sure is clicked to us fans. The album which was released today 09.26.12 also consists of 'true scandal' songs. [high five if you get what I mean] Self titled 'Queens are Trumps' song was extremely amazing, I can honestly cry because it was soo freaking awesome!!! Finally after Nanka Buttobase, Shunkan Sentimental and Love Survive.. here's another effin rocking song! Geez I love it so much! I can head bang all day long listening to this, haha [okay that's a bit, awkward] but yeah! This album is splendid! I'm proud of it! [except for their song Kill the Virgin, I don't know.. no matter how many times I listen to it.. I just don't feel nor like it.. to be honest I'm skipping it when it's about to play on my playlist.. I find the intro irritating. But maybe it's just my first impression and probably the next days or weeks I'll be able to find it good as the other tracks of this album as well.]

Queens are Trumps, finally!! after making themselves grow as an idol group lately, they are back as SCANDAL again, the all girls rock band whom we all witnessed and admired from the very beginning!

My 20th "HBD" celebration!

Today is my birthday and because of it, I announced this day to be holiday. Yes.. My own holiday. hahaha!
Did not go to school today, spend less time with thesis, updated my fan fic and this now.. ohoho.

Everyday is special day for me, so my birthday is just normal. Hmm.. Spent quality time with my family, eat foods and stuff. Normal.. Spent quality time with my Acchan, oh didn't you know? She was the first one to greet me.. and Haruna's standing by right now and waiting for the last minute of this day to greet me.. Ohohoho First and last greetings? OMG amazing [heart] but of course I'm just under delusion.

Okay that's probably it, end of story. SCANDAL dancing, Japan's most powerful rock band.. you think I'm against it? NO! May I just say I SUPER LOVE this VIDEO? Seriously I find it fantastic. Pin Heel Surfer really is a nice song and the rock edge is present  + some sound effects made it really fit for me, it becomes more dramatic in a way. The first time I heard this, I feel like I'm at cloud 9.. That! IS AWESOME.

Although my fandom/craziness over you had been shaken from the previous months.. because of your sudden transformation  and hoarse voice [sick maybe?].. still I've tried to hold on to you even though I looked I didn't care at all. No Scandal Updates lately from me, and that's NOT because I'm OVER with you and your band SCANDAL.. but because I needed a break in order for me to realize again your importance and existence.  I have seen the different videos of SCANDAL from your beginnings, I saw how hard you guys strove for your achievements today.. you guys wished to be recognized and together us fans did as well. And today the present, is one of your promising moments of your lives.. and I can't be happier to see you Haruna and the rest of the members keep those huge smiles and huge dreams from the start and up until now. With all the hard work and undying love for music, we appreciated it and will always be there to support you  as the leader, best friend, sister and a mother to your members. 

To the beautiful goddess Haruna Ono, you are amazing and truly is an inspiration! I still remember those days I've became addicted to you, I can't stand a day without looking at your photos,videos and updates. Your voice is like the source of my energy through a long day. Back To SCANDAL part 1

We still have no classes due to nonstop rain and floods around the affected areas on our country. Well when it comes to rainy season or worst typhoon our University is one of the top listed area that's always affected. Hmmm.. It has always been like this, that area is in a low plain, and there isn't enough effective drainage systems around.. or probably there are but masses of garbage are everywhere. I pity that area. Poor my university. They seemed wanted to prevent floods, well everyone does.. but I don't know how stupid that planner to elevate all the roads surrounding our University, it's like a no-brainer plan at all.. I don't even know if it can be called as a plan.. Seriously.. if all roads are all elevated then all the floods or rainwater will immediately be transferred inside our campus. If the outside area where those elevated roads are already flooded with knee-height level of water then what do you expect will there be inside the campus? Damn.. OCEAN! = =

Anyways, let's put that aside. I'm here to give you edited photos from my different sources. I feel like I'm bound to share them to you guys ... trololol. I don't know maybe it's saying.. "share me on your blog, coz you haven't been updating about us" hahaha! Like seriously?! True story though.. lolz. Haven't updating much about these girls in a long while now. Haruna the long black-haired Goddess is back!

Sorry to make my blog title for this a bit exaggerating, but hell this is one true amazing news! It's been a long time now since I last updated things about SCANDAL here or even at Scandal Magic. All admins of Scandal Magic are students except for admin Zidaine who's responsible for creative arts for the page. I really miss my admins now, huhu but anyways they are all special to me so I won't just kick them off the page just because they are inactive for the reason of school stuff. Of course as their guardian (lol, my two remaining co-admins responsible for updates are younger than me.. so yeah... lol) I won't allow them to set aside their school stuff just because of their responsibilities as admins. I'm very understanding you know. Haha!

Anyways lemme give you amazing photos of Haruna back in long black hair. Woot! All haruna-lovers who became stray of fanboying/fangirling on some other artists while Haruna had been gotten wild with her blonde short hair, they are all coming back now! LOL! This will be a reunion, let us all unite my dear friends.. let's celebrate the reincarnation of the black haired goddess.. lol.

100,000 page hits!

Uwaaaa!! Finally the six digits!! whew! Thanks to all of you my readers or to those who always stop by just to look at some pictures [really try to read once in a while okay?]! Kyaha! I know I know, 100k is just a short no. comparing to those super large page views from other blogs and sites out there. But for me? Reaching 100k page hits is already an achievement. I never imagine to get this  huge no. of views, really. I'm just wishing upon a star that someday it might happen, and it did happen! whew! I'm happy today! I'm inspired to write more articles to share with you guys.

I started this  blog last October 2011, and now it's only July yet I already gained 100,000 page hits!! Iyeeey! I thought I would need more time than that. I'm not yet on my 1 year, can you imagine that? I'm so proud! Thanks guys! ohohoho!
