Jung Woo Sung And Shin Hyun Bin's Attraction To Each Other Grew Immensely In Tell Me That You Love Me Episode 1

I already started watching the Korean remake of the 1995 Japanese drama called Aishiteru to Ittekure (Tell Me That You Love Me). Originally it only has 12 episodes but the Korean version will have 16 episodes! Nice! For those who liked the original drama and are fond of the story, having a longer version would be wonderful if it'll convey a more detailed yet still intact with the original. I'll be very honest, I haven't really seen the original drama but after watching the Korean remake, even I've seen only the first episode, I knew that this story is going to be one of my favorites!

Jung Woo Sung and Shin Hyun Bin taking the lead roles for this drama?! Dang! I knew it'll be gem! Just one episode, I'm already so hooked to it! So basically, Jung Woo Sung's character is named Cha Jin Woo. Cha Jin Woo has a hearing impairment and is not used to speaking because of this disability. He uses creating art/drawings in order to convey his feelings. He knows how to appreciate beauty also so he uses his camera to capture it all. I love that despite his disability, he ain't afraid to travel and appreciate the world and find inspiration in them to create wonderful artworks. I guess that's how it should be, appreciate what we have and can do and not pity ourselves and do nothing for the rest of our lives. I think this kind of mindset is also appropriate to those who do not have disabilities. We should all learn how to appreciate what we have and give our best shot in whatever it is that we can do instead of focusing on what we do not have and cannot do. In that way, we can enjoy and achieve a lot in our own lives.

As for Shin Hyun Bin's character, she is named Jung Mo Eun. She's an aspiring actress and is busy auditioning to different projects left and right. However, despite her hard work, she's always ending up taking the guest/minor roles if not an extra. She was an ex-flight attendant btw.

So the two of these characters end up meeting each other in Jeju. 1st was at the seaside where Jung Mo Eun's scarf flew by the wind and Cha Jin Woo picked it up and gave back to her. 2nd was by the vending machine, 3rd was when the van honked Jin Woo but couldn't hear it, and it was only in their 4th meeting that Mo Eun was so sure that Jin Woo couldn't hear at all. When a fire broke at the restaurant they're in, she saved him by taking him with her to exit the place. After that, they hang out in Jin Woo's place to eat and there they felt the attraction for each other grew even more. I think in their first encounter, they already knew there's already the attraction. And after the got separated, their feelings for each other grew immensely because they've been missing each other so much as if something was already missing in them.

Waaaah! And there came the scene where they finally saw each other at a crossing lane somewhere Seoul!!! Kyaaaah! That was definitely a heart fluttering scene especially when Jin Woo was already narrating how finally... like, finally... someone came to his life making an effort for him. Greeting him via a language that he only knew ever since. huhuhuhu what a lovely and heartwarming scene. I'm so sad at the same time happy for him. Life is so difficult as it is, but what more for him who has a disability... sigh...

Cheer Up, Mr. Lee | K- Movie | Highly Recommended!

The other day, I watched this Korean movie called Cheer Up, Mr. Lee on Netflix. I haven't watched the preview nor read any synopsis about it so I really had no idea about it. What attracted me to watch it was the thumbnail, really. It's actor Cha Seung Won holding a child actress Uhm Chae Young. And when I pressed that 'play' button and the story started and progressed till end, I knew it's already going to be part of my "Highly Recommended K-Movie". Yes, it's that good, people! I'm making this blog post to inform you all to watch it because it's a really touching movie and it'll aspire you to become a better person, being kind and helpful to everyone because at the end of the day, those you have shown kindness and given help to may one day give back to you when you need it the most. This 'act of service' in helping other people will always be unforgettable in everyone's heart and will one day be rewarded if fate allows it.
This is actually an old movie. It was out in theaters year 2019, but I tell you this may be old but it's definitely gold!
This theme is infused with comedy and family genres which makes every scene precious. Here, Cha Seung Won plays the character of Cheol Soo, a mentally slow man who lives with his younger brother Young Soo (Park Hae Joon) and his wife who runs a restaurant. Despite being mentally challenged, Cheol Soo still works at the restaurant and actually helped in garnering a lot of customers because of his good looks and alluring physique. I honestly didn't know he's mentally slow the first time the camera shows him, I think that was the idea about it. The director showed the best physical qualities of Cheol Soo as if he's a normal person, only when he spoke that this 'normal' got shattered.

But hey! He wasn't born retarded or mentally slow and that's something for you to find out how he became like that! I won't tell spoiler here! hehehe Thank me later. Anyways, he was once a firefighter and actually saved a lot of lives in the past. And because of his service, people got touched with it and remained unforgettable because of his good deed and sacrifice. In fact, there's Mr. Kim (Ahn Kil-Kang) who he saved before. Mr. Kim served for the community after living his second life because of Cheol Soo, he abandoned his past life and actually lived closely to his savior. Unfortunately, Cheol Soo doesn't recognize him because of what happened to him, but Mr. Kim still give back to Cheol Soo by helping him in his most needed time. Not only Mr. Kim helped him but a lot of people!!!!

Cheol Soo once have a normal life before and that's why he was able to have a child named Saet Byeol (Uhm Chae Young). Saet Byeol is his child with the wife he lost which is Hye Young (Shin Hyun Bin). Cheol Soo and Saet Byeol  got reunited after after years of being separated, and there their adventure begun and the grew closer and closer even though they both have illnesses of their own.

I promise you, this one will make you laugh and cry at the same time. I think there's no seconds here that I got bored at all. It's that amazing and the characters are all loveable, well... most of them. hahaha! But yeah, Cheer Up, Mr. Lee is highly recommended for you all so go watch it. Come back here after and tell me how it went!!!! I'll be waiting!

Jung Kyung Ho Struggles With Long Distance Relationship In Hospital Playlist 2 Episode 4

In this episode, I discovered a whole new level of admiration towards Jung Kyung Ho's character Kim Jun Wan. Despite in the midst of a problematic long distance relationship with his girlfriend, his passion in saving lives and making his patient's family relieved from worries never faltered. When I thought he was already caught up with the stress brought by endless surgeries and his situation with his girlfriend, Jun Wan was still caring for his patients and their family. I was surprised and moved when he used social media to find volunteers to visit one of his patients who doesn't have any visitors during visitation hours. I really thought he used that to get the attention of Ik-Sun because that's what he and Do Jae Hak (Jung Moon Sung) had been discussing so that scene at the ending part tugged my heartstrings. He's so good hearted, I love him. Truly, all of the 5 doctors have good heart of their own and they only differ with how they use and express it.

Jeon Mi Do Found Same Rejection Story + Yoo Yeon Seok Enjoys Being In Love | Hospital Playlist 2 Episode 3

Even if I am in the same situation as Che Song Hwa (Jeon Mi Do), I will drink coffee that often as well. lol It's clear how she got flustered over the story of her patient's brother in Yulje's coffee lounge because she did the same thing to her best friend Lee Ik Joon (Cho Jung Seok). The love story of the guy with his best friend didn't end up solely in rejection though, they've successfully progressed into lovers. So will that mean, Song Hwa will finally consider her feelings for Ik Joon too? Will she finally have the courage to accept her own feelings for Ik Joon and finally consider their relationship not as best friends but as a man and a woman too? This is definitely exciting! My ship is going to sail, I know it will in the next episodes!

When the first episode of season 2 aired, I was still not finished so I took an all-nighter to finish everything quick. lol It made my eyes hurt in the process but I didn't regret it because I am so in love with this drama.
