Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. Our warm hearted assistant team leader who cares about his comrades in Search Kdrama. Not only his personality is nice, he's good looking too. He's an exemplar of a real man with dignity. But even though that he portrays this character well, Lee Hyun Wook hasn't starred in many projects unlike the previous actors that I've written about. It's a regret that he ain't getting the main roles too but hopefully with the great portrayal he did in Search, he'll be able to have more main roles in the future. 

  • Lee Hyun Wook is an actor under the agency of Management Air, which he signed with in May 2018.
  • Although he has been active acting for short films since year 2000, he only debuted in television dramas when he landed a role in Three Days (2014).
  • He debuted on theater (play) as a main character in True West in 2015.
  • Search is his first television drama main role as the lieutenant and assistant team leader of Polaris Search Team.
  • Lee Hyun Wook was born June 17, 1985 and studied at Korea National University Of Arts.
  • After Search drama, he's already casted in a romantic comedy drama called Sunbae, Don't Put On That Lipstick for 2021.
