Go Kyung Pyo Protected His Heart and Dream In Frankly Speaking Episode 3

This episode tells us exactly what it means to be protecting our hearts by expressing what we really mean and by standing up for our own self including our dreams. Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. He was so used to living in lies and sugarcoat everything that he lost his true self to get himself to his desired dream/goal. Now that he got a disease of telling only the truth, it

Dal Mi Caught The Person Behind The Letters In Start-Up Episode 9

This episode showcased us how a lie could weigh so much, when we allow it to prevail for a long time, to a point that everyone is dragged down with it. The liar or the one being lied to, which one receives much greater pain? All

Why did I stressed out all? It's because this episode 9 is giving me a dreadful feeling that the story is lifting up Do San's character by showing his pitiful life journey from having a low self esteem. I'd like to believe that the writer would not use this as key reason why people/viewers or Dal Mi should pick Do San over Ji Pyeong. It's just unfair if it is so.

The part wherein Ji Pyeong and Do San slept over at Dal Mi's house and argue about who deserved to have that 'something' between them screams 'Do San deserved Dal Mi because he's the less fortunate', damn I hate that part!

Please, don't ever believe that it's just fair because it isn't. Rich people have their own hardships to be able to get where they are. In the case of Ji Pyeong, he's an orphan who strived hard and earn money through his dedication and talent. We just haven't seen Ji Pyeong's point of view yet but this mere fact is already a ticket to combat with this 'pity' concept that the writer might be trying to pull off with Do San.  Hopefully the writer would have another card ready to be revealed to make Do San more convincing that he deserves Dal Mi, if that's what the writer wants of course. I won't really mind if Dal Mi ended up with Ji Pyeong at all. Like I said before, these posters where Do San and Dal Mi are on may just be really a representation of people who do start-ups and nothing more. Their perfect romance maybe reserved to someone else. Who knows, it's the biggest twist of this drama!!

Anyways, I know that Ji Pyeong is fitting to his nickname good boy but I could only wish that he won't end up sacrificing his own happiness just because he is indeed a good boy to grandma.

Now that the main secret/lie has been revealed, the main question is with Ji Pyeong representing the past and Do San with the present, who will Dal Mi choose to be her future?
