Han Ji Hyun Reunites With Uhm Ki Joon In A Very Satisfying Scene In The Penthouse 3


In SBS Friday drama Penthouse 3, Lee Ji Ah and Park Eun Seok confined Joo Dan Tae in Japan's mental hospital. Kim So Yeon made the viewers got goosebumps in the ending where a smile of delight was shown on her face without knowing that she had chugged down a wine with drugs that could erase her memories. 

In reference to Nielsen Korea, the episode of SBS Friday drama The Penthouse 3 aired August 13 got a 19.4% metropolitan viewership rating and 18.8% nationwide viewership rating, which show the drama's power and reigned the 1st place in the viewership rating for the entire Friday programs and on weekly mini-series.

Shim Su Ryeon (Lee Ji Ah) and Logan Lee (Park Eun Seok) plunged into the war using their plan to exhaust all the funds of Joo Dan Tae (Uhm Ki Joon) and Cheon Seo Jin (Kim So Yeon) with the help of Ha Eun Cheol (Yoon Jong Hoon), Kang Ma Ri (Shin Eun Kyung), Yoo Dong Pil (Park Hosan), Baek Jun Ki (On Joo Wan) and Jin Boon Hon (Ahn Yeon Hong).

First, Baek Jun Ki demanded 200 billion won (200 million dollars) in exchange of the audio recorder that consists of Cheon Seo Jin's plans/involvement in confining/abducting Logan Lee. He then asked for 200 billion won (200 million dollars) too to Joo Dan Tae in exchange of the photos where he was caught at the place where Logan Lee's car explosion happened. 

Then Joo Dan Tae, being cunning as he is, proposed to make that 200 million dollars into 300 million dollars if Jun Ki would also hand over to him the audio recorder against Cheon Seo Jin. However, Joo Dan Tae failed to produce the 300 million dollars to him because Kyu Jin withdrew all of his 500 million dollar funds after Yoo Dong Pil revealed his identity theft case. 


That's when Ms. Jin came in and asked for 500 million dollars in exchange of her car's dashboard camera that contains Cheon Seo Jin's crime against the late Oh Yoon Hee. Without any more funds, Joo Dan Tae was forced to take a loan again from Kang Ma Ri's spa client and also one of the '3 powerful queens', and met up with her only to be deceived in the end. Ha Eun Cheol then injected something on Joo Dan Tae's neck which caused him to lose consciousness. When he woke up, he was already in a mental hospital with a Japanese attendant/nurse and there he meets Shim Su Ryeon's biological daughter Seok Kyung (Han Ji Hyun). Karma does exists as they reunited in a reversed situation where Joo Dan Tae's locked up in a cell and Seok Kyung smiles in victory.
