Go Kyung Pyo Protected His Heart and Dream In Frankly Speaking Episode 3

This episode tells us exactly what it means to be protecting our hearts by expressing what we really mean and by standing up for our own self including our dreams. Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. He was so used to living in lies and sugarcoat everything that he lost his true self to get himself to his desired dream/goal. Now that he got a disease of telling only the truth, it

Cha Eun Woo And Moon Ga Young Parted Ways In True Beauty Episode 14

Okay, so after all the sweetness shown by this couple, the writer decided to break them apart. That's what you call calm before the storm. Sigh. This ain't good for my heart but then again heartaches are what dramas needed to add some spice in the story. Still, remembering that happy faces of Suho and Jookyung are so precious that I can't forgive the writer for instantly breaking them apart. Obviously both of them didn't know what could happen in the future but surely they love each other so much that they wouldn't wish for their relationship to end just like that.

I haven't really read the manhwa (original) story of True Beauty so what I'm gonna say next is just a hunch. As the preview showed us for the next episode (15), it seemed like Suho and Jookyung separated for real. They broke apart! That explains why Suho was crying at the hospital hallway and Seojun comforting Jookyung.

Suho's father may not be in a good condition and that it would take a long time to recover so Suho might have decided that he'll stay by his father's side and call it quits with Jookyung who he left in South Korea. Suho might have felt that Jookyung would suffer a lot in their long distance relationship so he set her free to become happy. Oh gosh the chivalry, I don't like it this way.

On the other hand, Seojun being the best boy he is, still hasn't made his feelings clear in that span of 2 years?! How can you move on keeping all those feelings in? It's crazy 'coz he already lose his chance with Jookyung in that long span of time because Suho is coming back and will claim back what's originally his. I already know that much because of what happened in Han Ji Pyeong in Start-Up kdrama. For sure, Seojun will suffer the same fate as Han Ji Pyeong. Sigh. 2nd leads, poor you.

Also, I hope that the ending of Soojin in this drama would be better. I want to see some character development that is beneficial to her friendship with Jookyung and Soo Ah. That kid is still suffering from the poor treatment of her family and I want her to heal as well. I think now that we're just 2 episodes away from the ending, it's time to forgive her and see her grow as a person.
