Go Kyung Pyo Protected His Heart and Dream In Frankly Speaking Episode 3

This episode tells us exactly what it means to be protecting our hearts by expressing what we really mean and by standing up for our own self including our dreams. Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. He was so used to living in lies and sugarcoat everything that he lost his true self to get himself to his desired dream/goal. Now that he got a disease of telling only the truth, it

Police University Ends With B1A4's Jin Young Pursuing His Dream And Back To Krystal's Side

So many episodes have passed already recently and I haven't made a single review yet. And now since it's the ending week, I'm finally giving it some time to react 'coz there won't be anymore next time. Huhu. Of course I've watched every single episodes that came out from the previous weeks, there were a lot of thoughts over it as they dive in and focus more in solving the main problem of the story which is finding the real culprit behind the illegal gambling site. There were lots of people involved, I think most of the professors were mentioned, if not accused, by Dong Man (Cha Tae Hyun). I'll be lying if I say that I wasn't carried away in accusing these professors along with the lead actors, professor Kwon, Go, Jin Woo, Hee Soo, Tae Woong, and now Sang Hak. And what do we know? It all really comes down to the head professor which is the oldie Sang Hak. I honestly had the idea already ever since he's always acting all too nice. In the end, he's acting out this character 'nice guy' to compensate his 'wrong' principle in helping out/backing up the police in an illegal way. He, and everybody knows, that he's wrong. There were so many people/police that got involved, ruined their careers, and worst, died in that span of Hang Sak running the illegal gambling site. Clearly, he's not helping the police force but actually destroying it. Also, he's funding the hospital bills of his son with it so it's evident how he's only acting out of selfishness. Sigh.

So many people looked up to him, and even protected him, and yet he still continued doing shitty and dirty stuff like that. He's a police, and even teaching aspiring students to become like him and yet... ugh. There is no excuse for his crime and suicide won't ever compensate for his sins. He should suffer and pay for it in jail!

As for professors Dong Man, Kwon and Hee Soo... daaang! I was rooting for a different pair to develop! Hahaha I honestly wanted Dong Man and Hee Soo to end up together but professor Kwon and Hee Soo is so much fun and probably an even better pair!!! Hahaha it's so funny, tbh. Especially that scene where professor Kwon was being cheesy and indirectly giving hints towards Hee Soo. Gosh, I was cringing but also laughing at that scene and even more when Hee Soo getting bothered by it later on. Hahaha! Just say 'yes' already, Hee Soo!

On the other hand, the progress between our main couple Sun Ho and Kang Hee, I honestly was expecting better. Haha. I mean, they all made us giggle over their development since day 1 but they broke up solely because Kang Hee couldn't handle Sun Ho involving himself to dangerous operations as a mere student. I do get it that Kang Hee just wanted Sun Ho to be safe all the time and that there is right timing to everything but why can't she handle im differently? Haha Just my two cents. I was expecting her to be more supportive and understanding but I guess, she's just human who has emotions and just afraid that Sun Ho will die in the end so... I guess it's fine... and they got back together in the end too so.. yeah. Haha

Although I really hate what happened to Sun Ho's character as the show approached the end because he suddenly cowers and became inconfident with himself. It's like he came back to those days when his character was so indifferent with the world without any purpose and dream. And that's all because he sees himself in Sang Hak's situation, doing a crime and compensating for it. It's understandable though, I just hate him being so lame looking. Lol Also, I do like him being so nice to Krystal but not to a point wherein he transformed into a boneless man who has no control over their relationship. I mean, he's okay, sweet boyfriend and all, he just needs to man up a little bit and take the wheel from Kang Hee from time to time. At the end of the day, there are two people in their love relationship.

Anyways, all is done now. I still am a bit sad that it's gone on air now but yeah, let's go to another drama to focus on! Overall, I still had a great time watching this drama. I love Krystal as her fan since f(x) days so I'll probably look out and follow more projects/dramas from her still in the future. Yay!
