Go Kyung Pyo Protected His Heart and Dream In Frankly Speaking Episode 3

This episode tells us exactly what it means to be protecting our hearts by expressing what we really mean and by standing up for our own self including our dreams. Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. He was so used to living in lies and sugarcoat everything that he lost his true self to get himself to his desired dream/goal. Now that he got a disease of telling only the truth, it

Kim Byung Chul Sincerely Pleads For A Second Chance To Uhm Jung Hwa In Doctor Cha Episode 15

Episode 15 I think is the episode that made me shed so much tears in the entire series. I don't know yet about episode 16 though. But yeah, the happenings in episode 15 really pierced straight to my heart. Seems like it takes a life and death situation for everyone to open their hearts and minds again in this drama. Of course any decent human being should feel this way. It's just saddening that it had to end up like this before everyone decides to do the right thing. Sigh.

When Jeong Suk had an interaction with her 100 years old patient and her family, she had a realization that as a sick person herself, she needed a place and people to come back to in order for her to fight through her illness with strength and determination. Fighting a serious illness is very tiring but it's unbearable if there's no one waiting for your recovery at all. That breaks my heart so much and made me realize a lot of things in real life. Having someone to share your life with is the greatest gift that you can have in this world. Yes, self love is everything and all but we cannot take away the fact that having people around that truly loves you in this world just makes life even more worthy of living and fighting for. I'm sure that Jeong Suk also realized that having her mother and her children by her side still makes her the lucky one in this difficult time of her life in comparison to the old lady and anyone who's living alone in this world. She also wanted to secure her place in the hospital with their department chief in order for her will to fight even stronger. Gosh, I hope everything go well with her life.

The other scene that made me cry was when Seo In Ho finally, like finally, made some self reflection of all the painful things that he inflicted on his wife. I thought that this time would not come and so it touched my heart when this jerk finally had his breakdown and pleads sincerely for a second chance to make it up to her. He was willing to do anything now for his wife with sincerity this time. We all know that it won't change the fact that he's an as*hole and a jerk and everything bad we can think of a worst man on this planet, but at least now he has learned his lessons despite it being too late. He can no longer change his past mistakes but he can still make correct it one by one and make it up to Jeong Suk. Of course, I still do not want them to be together because learning one's mistake does not automatically meant that all is forgiven and forgotten. The painful trauma in Jeong Suk's heart would still remain there forever and I think it would take a lifetime to heal. Time will heal all wounds but it's something that cannot be rushed.

Choi Seung Hi. Seriously, I'm so happy that she's no longer the bad btch. That's right, realize all your mistakes and apologize to Jeong Suk. Time for you to take responsibility of your sins and ask for Jeong Suk's forgiveness.

And last but not the least, Roy Kim. Seriously, as I'm watching him making an effort for Jeong Suk makes me think if there's really someone like him in the real world? I mean, it would be wonderful to have a person like him that's willing to risk his life for someone who he just made friends with. His relationship with Jung Seok is only friendship and even though he has feelings for him, there's no assurance that his feelings would be reciprocated even if he donates his liver to her. His sacrifices could be put in vain and I'm sure he's aware of it all but I think he's also taking chances considering that he's putting up a fight against Seo In Ho about being a liver donor. I'm not sure if he's doing the right thing but hey this is a kdrama so... everything should look like a fairytale. kkk
