Go Kyung Pyo Protected His Heart and Dream In Frankly Speaking Episode 3

This episode tells us exactly what it means to be protecting our hearts by expressing what we really mean and by standing up for our own self including our dreams. Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. He was so used to living in lies and sugarcoat everything that he lost his true self to get himself to his desired dream/goal. Now that he got a disease of telling only the truth, it

I Started Watching The Good Bad Mother And Here I Am Crying | Episodes 1-4 Quick Recap

Today is a perfect day for me to catch up with The Good Bad Mother since it's a special day for all mothers on this planet. kkk Right, it's Mother's Day! Actually, I only watched episodes 1-4 as of writing but will definitely continue on watching after this. I think this is my 3rd on-going kdrama that I'm watching this month. 1st is Doctor Cha, 2nd is Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938 and now The Good Bad Mother. Even though I'm super busy at work, I'm trying to relieve my stress watching kdrama series, on-going ones are actually a big help 'coz it makes me look forward to the days coming in..not just work. sigh. Adult life is very difficult, thank goodness there are good on-going Kdramas out nowadays!

The Good Bad Mother gave me a good cry definitely and it tells us how much our mothers only wanted nothing but our prosperity. It just so happened that there's no technical guide in raising a child, therefore our mothers do all sorts of ways they knew. There is no perfect mother but they always try their best for their children. At least those are for the loving and responsible mothers of course coz not all people are fortunate to have this kind. Anyways, setting that problem aside, Young Soon (Ra Mi Ran) went through a lot with her husband. She witnessed how the world always sided the rich and powerful people. Therefore, after her husband passed away (murdered), she pledged and acted on making her son Kang Ho (Lee Do Hyun) prosper as a prosecutor.

But of course, Young Soon being strict to her Kang Ho would definitely give a misunderstanding as a child. Kang Ho felt deprived of love and care from her mother reason why he became someone that her own mother wouldn't recognize. Kang Ho became a successful prosecutor who works under Chairman Song who was the one who murdered his father. He approached him and Oh Tae Soo intentionally to get revenge. Unfortunately, these goons knew all about it and set a trap for him. It still shocks me that Oh Ha Young, his fiancĂ©, was an accomplice over Kang Ho's car crash that made him paralyzed and his brain function as a 7-year old.

After treating her mother awfully, at the end of the day, no matter what happens, the mother will always be there to take care of their children. And that's what Young Soon did to Kang Ho. He was there to give him the proper care and love till he recovers and this time, she'll do it the right way. Gosh, Young Soon and Kang Ho's relationship is so sad and touching at the same time. I just hope that when Kang Ho regains his memories, he wouldn't end up abandoning his mother again. I hope he'll be there to stay with her and become a better person. This is his second life, after all.

May I also just point out how lovely Kang Ho and Lee Mi Joo's relationship was before Kang Ho became a prosecutor? She was there by his side, loving and taking care of him but Kang Ho wasted everything between them to get his revenge against his father's murderers. Sigh... it's a sad life! But hey, am I the only one who thinks that Ye Jin and Seo Jin are Kang Ho's children??? Hmmmm....
