Another heartbreaking episode. My goodness, save Jung Seok from the jerk Seo In Ho. Everything will turn out ugly and painful if she remain by his side. Doctor Cha needs to rethink her decisions after finding out yet another dirty secret of her husband having an illegitimate child. Cheating is one thing but having a child with a mistress is another.
If we're to check how the turn of events unfolded in this episode 10, all of it was hinting that doctor Cha was considering of giving her husband a chance all for the completeness of their family as in the perspective of being a 'mother'.
First, here's the scene where she helped a pregnant woman deliver a child. This scene was like a trip to the past/ remembrance to doctor Cha how she felt when she gave birth to her children.
Second, she had an argument with doctor Roy Kim when he told her that her children are old enough to take care of themselves and that she must choose her own happiness but doctor Cha made it clear to him how important her family is as a whole and that she is a 'mother'.
And third, she finally confided to her mother. Notice how her mother gave her an advice that's leading doctor Cha in forgiving her husband for their children. Geez, if mother knew about the real thing that's going on, I'd doubt she'll say this to her child.
After all these 3 events came out in this episode, I already was sure she's considering forgiving her husband but after the last scene unfolded where she finally found out about the illegitimate child, I'm pretty sure she'll finally hear out doctor Kim's advice to her. To find her own happiness because she'll forever remain in hell if she'll still choose In Ho after all the things he has done to her.
Anyways, it's awesome how sometimes, the strangers are the one who felt more concerned with us. Like what happen here when doctor Cha took a taxi to follow her husband and Seung Hi. When she wanted the taxi to stop the car, the driver told her that she needs to see things to the end to be able to start anew. I was really surprised at that scene and I felt touched for his concern for her but this is a Kdrama so anything could really happen. lol And lastly, doctor Sora's change of attitude. Despite not being her nature to be a softy, she still have sympathy over doctor Cha not because she's the mother of her boyfriend but because she's also a woman who can somehow understand her feelings over a cheating husband. And the rain happened and they both ended up laughing together. This was a beautiful scene! I felt like crying. Thanks to these two, doctor Cha had someone beside her during one of her most heartbreaking moments.
