Go Kyung Pyo Protected His Heart and Dream In Frankly Speaking Episode 3

This episode tells us exactly what it means to be protecting our hearts by expressing what we really mean and by standing up for our own self including our dreams. Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. He was so used to living in lies and sugarcoat everything that he lost his true self to get himself to his desired dream/goal. Now that he got a disease of telling only the truth, it

Jang Ki Yong Realizes His True Feelings For Hyeri In My Roommate Is A Gumiho Episode 8

In the episode aired last June 17 of My Roommate Is A Gumiho, Shin Woo Yeo (Jang Ki Yong) was shaken when he realized that he has a different feeling for Lee Dam (Hyeri) and it was love.

Woo Yeo took out the bead from Lee Dam's body and everyone's memory about him was gone, that is what Hye Sun noticed so she paid Woo Yeo a visit to check on him. She gave him an advice to throw away all the remaining feelings he has for Lee Dam till the very end since he already decided to take out the fox bead and abandon her in the first place. She also asked him why he did that when he doesn't have much time left either and most of all why was Lee Dam crying. Woo Yeo got surprised and confused since he was sure that he erased all Lee Dam's memories that were related to him. When Woo Yeo asked Hye Sun a favor of looking out for Lee Dam, she flatly rejected it because he told him before not to get involved with her private matters and this situation is the same as that.

Opposing to what Woo Yeo knew, Lee Dam's memories weren't erased. In fact, he visited his house out of habit after hanging out with her friends doing the stuff that she wasn't able to do when she was protecting that fox bead inside her body. Despite wanting to hate Woo Yeo, Lee Dam still couldn't help herself from worrying about him. She even wondered if Woo Yeo finally became a human after he took out the bead with her energy in it.

On a rainy day, Lee Dam was flabbergasted when Woo Yeo suddenly showed up in their school. Lee Dam has no umbrella at that time so when Woo Yeo gave his umbrella to him, she pulled out a behavior like she didn't care and rejected him all at once. Later on Lee Dam found out that Woo Yeo took the post of one of his professors in the school, oblivious to the fact that Woo Yeo did this to look out for her.

In the same episode too, Sun Woo finally confessed his feelings for Lee Dam. At that time, Lee Dam still didn't know what to respond but when she saw Woo Yeo after, she quickly ran after Sun Woo and rejected him. She told him that her heart already belongs to someone else.

Coincidentally, Woo Yeo heard their conversation outside the classroom they're in. From there, he got curious on who that person was, a new reason that pushed him to reflect on his own feelings for Lee Dam.
