Go Kyung Pyo Protected His Heart and Dream In Frankly Speaking Episode 3

This episode tells us exactly what it means to be protecting our hearts by expressing what we really mean and by standing up for our own self including our dreams. Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. He was so used to living in lies and sugarcoat everything that he lost his true self to get himself to his desired dream/goal. Now that he got a disease of telling only the truth, it

Uhm Ki Joon's Downfall: Dying Along With The Fruit Of His Hardwork In The Penthouse 3 Episode 12

It took me a while to react something about Joo Dan Tae's downfall. Whew! But it's better late than never, right? Don't worry guys, I have not forgotten about it. I was just busy with some other things but still, I will always find time to react on Kdramas I'm watching especially Penthouse.

Anyways for episode 12, wow I'm blown away. I have so many thoughts about it. Hmmm.. if I'll be very honest, I didn't feel any pity for Joo Dan Tae dying, falling from the penthouse floor and see everything that he worked hard for collapses (even though he's already unconsciously dead) before his eyes. I think that scene was majestic though. Joo Dan Tae till the very end, gave his all to fight for what he believed is his. That really summarizes how his persistence placed him on top as well as how it ended his life. Yayks. That trait of a man is admirable really, only if he uses it by not stepping on other people just to get on top. Sigh

Also, the intense action between Joo Dan Tae and Suryeon was superb. The most powerful man behind the Penthouse died with a headshot triggered by Queen Suryeon. We have not seen Suryeon kill anyone with her own hands as she executes her plans of revenge before, but since she got no choice, she had to pull the trigger to protect every civilians at Hera Palace from explosion. However, the twist is, Joo Dan Tae still managed to push the remote and end everything in explosion. So, I wonder what Suryeon's feeling about it that despite killing him, she wasn't able to prevent the explosion. Whew.. I hope everyone's safe so we wouldn't see a depressed Suryeon later on. Or perhaps, behind the bars? Omg!

Okay, speaking of twists... WTF! Cheon Seo Jin is still alive!!! Lol I honestly thought it's her end but then I again I've been fooled. Also as I saw the previews for the next episode, Cheon Seo Jin was only acting like she lost her mind? And what is the doctor talking about late stage of Alzheimer's diseases? Does that mean they all conspires for this? Waaah!! Cheon Seo Jin is really something!

As for Joo Seok Kyung, having the same high pride as her, I really cried along with her when she kneeled in front of Bae Ro Na with Jenny and Kang Ma Ri witnessing everything. Even though there was no voice nor speech coming out from Seok Kyung, what she did really took a lot of effort and is difficult for someone like her. This action may seem insincere, but that scene really expressed how much she regrets everything and is willing to release her pride to ask for forgiveness. I felt that Seok Kyung, slowly, you'll get there. Just admit your mistakes, repent and ask for forgiveness continously.  Huhu.
