Go Kyung Pyo Protected His Heart and Dream In Frankly Speaking Episode 3

This episode tells us exactly what it means to be protecting our hearts by expressing what we really mean and by standing up for our own self including our dreams. Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. He was so used to living in lies and sugarcoat everything that he lost his true self to get himself to his desired dream/goal. Now that he got a disease of telling only the truth, it

Is Jang Ki Yong And Hyeri's Relationship Really Over? | My Roommate Is A Gumiho Episode 12

Episode 12 of My Roommate Is A Gumiho is such a tear jerking episode. Hye Sun (Kang Han Na) said it herself that the reason why gumihos wanted to become human is because only humans can control their destiny, and that's why Woo Yeo (Jang Ki Yong) is making decisions here and there. He's desperate to change his fate, or at least do something to hinder the fate of Lee Dam (Hyeri) and Sun Woo (Bae In Hyuk), even though he knew there's really nothing he can do about it. We were watching Lee Dam closely because we thought she's the one who'll be making mistakes but we're all wrong with what's manifesting in this episode. It's Woo Yeo we should be worried about making mistakes for bad decisions driven by his desperation to be with Lee Dam.

It's really heart wrenching to see Woo Yeo helpless. It's because of that, he's pushed to do horrible things that 'humans' define as inhumane. The difference of their nature is really becoming more and more evident and that's what Hye Sun's words about the day will come when Woo Yeo will despise being a gumiho really made a great impact to us viewers. That time is already this lifetime with Lee Dam for Woo Yeo.

I really find the characters of Woo Yeo and Hye Sun very interesting. Woo Yeo is very smart and became adaptive of the intelligence of humans while Hye Sun is the opposite. However, when it comes to the experience of being a gumiho, Hye Sun is very intellectual and has several wise words because she had gone through it all and that's how her advises to Woo Yeo were all on point. I really love the dynamics of the gumiho besties. I really am impressed with their characterization as well as the whole story of My Roommate Is A Gumiho. I'd say this is the best gumiho drama I've watched so far in my history of watching Kdramas. Amazing!

Meanwhile, I have a lot to say about Sun Woo but I'll make it short. His character is really pitiful because he's tied down by the red string, however, he should learn where he stand. Lee Dam already said it to him that she's in a relationship and yet he's been loitering around her making his luck. People like him is tempting someone else's other half, people like him is the root of all cheating in relationships. ugh. He might say that he's only worried about Lee Dam after seeing Sun Woo but that only happened on the later part of the story, meaning he already has the knowledge about Lee Dam being in a relationship. Same thing with the red string, ugh, he's nothing but a dumbass scumbag, that's all. lol
