Brand Customer Loyalty Awards is an annual ceremony held by Korean Customer Council. It aims to recognize the brand with a huge influence on pop culture and society. Korean Customer Council together with a U.S. consulting firm called Brand Keys, they determine and certify winners through their consumer research.

Whew! That's a lot of winners! It feels like it's a ceremony where all of the attendees are winners. lol I don't really know much about this brand thingy awards even though it's been running for 6 years already or probably more? Not sure. But since I saw Penthouse stars Jin Ji Hee and Han Ji Hyun winning something that's when I got interested with it. Since it's about branding and influence on people and consumers I'm seeing this as a popularity award, the more people you're popular with, the greater chances that you win. Someone, enlighten me if I am wrong.
