Go Kyung Pyo Protected His Heart and Dream In Frankly Speaking Episode 3

This episode tells us exactly what it means to be protecting our hearts by expressing what we really mean and by standing up for our own self including our dreams. Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. He was so used to living in lies and sugarcoat everything that he lost his true self to get himself to his desired dream/goal. Now that he got a disease of telling only the truth, it

Lee Kwang Soo To Leave Running Man After 11 Years

On April 27, one of the original cast member, Lee Kwang Soo, was announced that he'll step down from the show Running Man after 11 years. Kwang Soo decided to resign from Running Man due to an injury from a car accident that hasn't fully healed after a year. He will continue and focus on his rehabilitation for his injury after leaving the show. His last shooting schedule for Running Man will be on May 24.

It's saddening that he has to quit, he's one of the funniest member after all, but then again health comes first so even if it's hard to let go of him, we just need to accept it and move on. Spending 11 years for a show is truly remarkable, Kwang Soo and the others have shown us loyalty and a real bond created over the years.

Running Man will never be the same with one of them being away but let's all face it, all of them are getting older too, sooner or later they will have to leave or completely demolish the whole show for their aging cast. Doing games that requires a lot of stamina and strength isn't a joke so as they grow old, it'll be too painful to do any of this. I honestly am worried for the cast as most of them are already over the age of 40 as of writing, so it's easy for me to actually accept that soon they will have to say goodbye. There are still a lot of opportunities after Running Man for the cast members like music, variety shows, acting projects and etc. The cast of Running Man are all capable and known in their respective fields before taking part in this show so I won't really worry too much for them after the show.

I wonder if the show will replace Kwang Soo's empty spot, I'm pretty sure it'll be hard to fill in a huge loss but whoever they'll decide to include in the show, I wish he or she will be as funny and entertaining as Kwang Soo. I could only hope.
