I really wanted to show my appreciation over this topic so I'm writing a blog post solely about it. I think it's a topic that is pretty much relatable for most of us who's working in a corporate world, or just working in general.
I've been into many offices now, and I've experienced different kinds of working environment. I've been in a small firm when I was starting out to being part of one of the biggest developer companies in our country. I'd say that the more you level up, the more stressful the work you'll face and so I think it's really important to have an office environment that wouldn't add more stress to your work. I do believe everyone would agree to that as well.
Our mental health is very important and just because you wanted to earn a lot of money doesn't mean you have to sacrifice that. In order to achieve that, it meant we have to choose the what we think is the best office environment to be in. If you chose to be in an office that has nothing but toxicity for a long period of time is already your fault. It's the same as not respecting yourself, you just let yourself continue to deteriorate in an office just to earn money. Think about that.
The best criteria of having the best office environment is to be in a team that supports each other all the way. To have people with the same mindset of being a responsible employee for the betterment of everyone. Because to have such people, you'll become happier to go to office everyday. You look out for each other and you pull each other up. Ah... that's the best office there is and I'm happy to say that I've experienced that, really.
You cannot change the ways of the company you're in, especially if that's huge, but if you and your team mates connect as one then that alone is enough to conquer stress that your workload and the company itself are giving you. I'm talking based on experience so don't doubt that. lol
She Would Never Know office set-up reminded me of that, the KLAR team is the best example. It may be in a kdrama but such set-up exists too in real life.
In the latest episode of She Would Never Know (Episode 12), we've seen how Yoon Song Ah's team mates supported her amidst the rumors circulating around their office. We know that their bond is deeper than just mere office mates so the trust they built with each other is really that strong.
There are some teasing inside the team but that's just normal. The fact that they kept quiet or talk to themselves (not in an ill-mannered way) about what they were seeing themselves between Song Ah and Hyun Seung, is somehow a form of respect for both not voicing out publicly their relationship. They kept quiet but not recently anymore when Hyun Seung and Song Ah became really obvious with their feelings. They are all so cute at that scene!
I just really love KLAR team so much! They aren't just office mates or team mates but they are all friends in general and that's what makes their bond differ from any other office around.
