This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. Shim Suryeon's Ex-husband | The Penthouse: War In Life

I got curious about Shim Suryeon's ex-husband that Joo Dan Tae murdered blatantly on episode 3, so I checked about the actor behind it. 


So I discovered that his real name is Ki Tae Hwa. Even though he acted as Shim Suryeon's ex-husband/ex-lover, did you know that he's actually 15 years younger than Lee Ji Ah? He was born November 3, 1993 and Lee Ji Ah was born February 2, 1978.

I don't know why but I find this information a little cute. I'm sure most of us didn't actually noticed the age difference just by watching them before, but when I look back to that episode 3 from the last season, I kinda noticed now how the guy looked so young. However, because Shim Suryeon is looking so gorgeous, they both appear to have chemistry. I could say that it's thanks to Lee Ji Ah's acting also that her character Shim Suryeon gave a convincing act that she's so in love with the man. She's that amazing, talk about experience.


Since Ki Tae Hwa is a newbie in acting world (debuted 2019), I wonder if he ever got intimidated to be surrounded by huge actors and actresses. His character was even Suryeon's true love! Waaah! Talk about lucky, right? I'm sure his character is so much better than Joo Dan Tae, it's unfortunate that we were not able to see him act more in that drama but hopefully in the near future he'll shine as one of the leading man in a different drama. Fighting, Ki Tae Hwa!
