Byeon Woo Seok Questions Kim Hye Yoon Whether She Came From The Future In Lovely Runner Episode 9

That scene where Im Sol stressed out that she wants Sun Jae to leave her alone was so painful to watch. There's definitely a pang of pain in there for me, what more for Sun Jae though? In his mind, probably, his unrequited love was not desirable and to be pushed away like that makes all of his efforts and sleepless nights thinking about her all wasted. Wasted in a way that he won't know what to do with his overflowing love for Im Sol. In kdrama this is romantic because viewers like us know what exactly is going on between them, but if it were to happen in real life without them knowing anything that's happening then it'll all look so creepy! lol Good thing that it is a Kdrama we're watching. kkk  Anyways, because Sol was completely drunk in that one night in their field trip, she unconsciously sang Sun Jae's song Sonaki. A song that wasn't released or publicly known yet in 2009. Of course, Sun Jae, being that crazy in love with Sol, he would believe everythi

Kim Hye Soo Is A Clever Queen In Under The Queen's Umbrella Episode 7

My admiration towards the Queen leveled up after witnessing her cleverness and bravery she displayed in episode 7. She's a perfect woman in handling her power as the Queen. During the interrogation about who brought the medicine inside the palace, I didn't doubt her intentions when she pointed at the crowned princess as the suspect. I knew instantly that she's only doing that to grant the crowned princess' wishes to exit the palace in order to protect her son, the grand heir's life. The crowned princess begged her after all. And it was clever of the Queen because she saved them without suspicions from her enemies, chief state councilor and Queen Dowager. The Queen knew that they wouldn't doubt her intentions when she says that she wanted to protect her position only because the chief state councilor and Queen Dowager are those kind of selfish people who would do the same. It's funny looking at them believing that, really.

The Queen also giving in to taekhyeon to select the next crowned prince, that delighted everyone who wanted a chance to the throne but they didn't know, it was also a chance for her own sons to take part in.  I'd say that her sons, most especially grand prince Seongnam, has a huge chance in the selection if we're talking about qualifications. Yes, he may have displayed menacing character from the past, but he has so much potential after witnessing what he could do in the past episodes. The Queen really has a talent when it comes to reading one's character, it was evident when she became the Queen for the King. She even said that she could still remember the King's motive of being a leader that fears the people and not the court officials. That really said something about how good the King really is as a person and a leader. And so, when she dared grand prince Seongnam to become the next crowned prince, I just knew that she saw the light in him. There's a high chance that grand prince Seongnam will succeed, reason why she could bet not only her position as the Queen but also her own life. Interesting, right? Now, we'll witness how the grand princes evolved into such great man and future leaders and we'll also see those who are just aiming for power who are willing to become puppets of Queen Dowager.

Also, may I just point out how the Queen is well loved by the King? Even though the King is horny AF, he still really cares for his only Queen. I really admire him for that, he just won't give in to his mother and court official's request to depose the Queen. He wanted to make decisions based on his own principles and care for his people and that's really admirable.
