In the episode 9 of Sell Your Haunted House which aired May 12, Oh In Bum revealed his real motive in working as Ji Ah's psychic and apologized. He revealed that he was living up to present without understanding why his uncle did such things and left then an opportunity opened for him. He thought that if he finds out what happened at Daebak's office 20 years ago, everything will all be clear.
Because of Oh In Bum psychic abilities, he became the center of troubles unintentionally since he was a child. He has no one else but his uncle to comfort him.
In Bum continued with his confession to Ji Ah about how his uncle was his only ally in this world. His uncle believed in him that is why he also wanted to believe in him. Acknowledging that his uncle caused harm to a lot of people and did suicide is really hard for him.
For formalities, he apologized for that day in the past because if he and his uncle didn't came, Ji Ah's mother wouldn't die. He also apologized for tricking her.
In the end Ji Ah have pondered shortly about it before responding "I understood" in a low tone.
Whew... does this mean he's forgiven? I honestly felt bad about In Bum, his past is so sad. I hope Ji Ah would forgive him soon.
