Go Kyung Pyo Protected His Heart and Dream In Frankly Speaking Episode 3

This episode tells us exactly what it means to be protecting our hearts by expressing what we really mean and by standing up for our own self including our dreams. Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. He was so used to living in lies and sugarcoat everything that he lost his true self to get himself to his desired dream/goal. Now that he got a disease of telling only the truth, it

Why Is Everyone Hooked With Hospital Playlist KDrama?

I was able to catch up now with season 2 of Hospital Playlist. When the first episode of season 2 aired, I was still not finished so I took an all-nighter to finish everything quick. lol It made my eyes hurt in the process but I didn't regret it because I am so in love with this drama. Gosh, the friendship of the 5 professors here is so admirable and it's something anyone would really want to experience in their life. I mean, it's rare to find people that sits right with you and the way they lookout for each other despite their busy schedule would really make anyone jealous! Ah I love them so much.

Anyways, aside from the beautiful friendship of these doctors, their respective love life is really fascinating too! Every pair here has a touching story on how they fall in love and how far they could go for it. The fluttering and heartbreaking moments between Lee Ik Joon (Choi Jung Seok) x Chae Song Hwa (Jeon Mi Do) x Ahn Chi Yong (Kim Joon Han), Ahn Jeong Won (Yoo Yeon Seok) x Jang Gyeo Wool (Shin Hyun Bin), Kim Jun Wan (Jung Kyong Ho) x Lee Ik Soon (Kwak Sun Young), and last but not the least, Yang Seok Hyeong (Kim Dae Myung) x Chu Min Ha (Ahn Eun Jin) would make the viewers' hearts melt.

If I have to choose who's my favorite among all of these pairs, I will choose Lee Ik Joon and Chae Song Hwa. I think it all started when Song Hwa came to Ik Joon's house to take care of his sick son while he has an errand to do in the hospital. That scene where Song Hwa sleeps beside his son in season 1 looked so domestic and that enabled me to notice the small yet sweetest things that they do together before and after that scene. It's undeniable their feelings are mutual, right? I really hope there will be developments between their love relationship, preferably, a happy ending. It's heartbreaking that Chae Song Hwa indirectly turned down Lee Ik Joon in episode1 of season 2, but I still am holding onto this pair. Chae Song Hwa is still afraid to cross the line, of course, anyone in her shoes would. Their friendship is precious and she didn't want to lose that but... she wouldn't know if she wouldn't try, right? I think she's not aware yet of her real feelings for Ik Joon since she's used to his presence as her best friend but the way she smiled every time Ik Joon was beside her in the 1st season up till now gave her away. I really hope this is not the end yet for them. huhu

Other thing I see why everyone's hooked with Hospital Playlist is because it's relatable. Yeah, obviously, not all viewers of this drama are doctors or anything related to medicine but... the struggles of work-life balance was there which is applicable to all. It's giving us a renewed perspective that having a happy life outside of work is possible, that even though there's only a small time away from work, it's still possible to have fun and be happy. Every seconds of our time matter and we need to make the most out of it. Speaking of work, the stories of each of their parents are moving as well, some cases ends heart wrenching but some are euphoric. Whichever it is though, there will be lessons to get from it.

Lastly, the music. They are doctors who love music which only meant their playlist/set list is really remarkable! Every single song from the OST here is beautiful and you can jive to it with ease! I love it!
