Go Kyung Pyo Protected His Heart and Dream In Frankly Speaking Episode 3

This episode tells us exactly what it means to be protecting our hearts by expressing what we really mean and by standing up for our own self including our dreams. Nobody would be able to protect us but ourselves. This is really such a great reminder to all of us especially in our modern society today where we compromise ourselves and our feelings to give way to other people because there's hierarchy that dictates us what to do. This happens most especially in our workplace. It's true that in order to survive this chain, we must use white lies and sugarcoat our words to come out pleasing to the ears of those we wanted to have a good impression with but we should do it moderately. In a way that, we wouldn't lose our true selves in the long run. That has become the problem with Song Ki Baek here. He was so used to living in lies and sugarcoat everything that he lost his true self to get himself to his desired dream/goal. Now that he got a disease of telling only the truth, it

Won Jin Ah Confesses To Rowoon In She Would Never Know Episode 9

So this is exactly where we are going now in the second half of this drama with sunbae Yoon Song Ah living up to her feelings for Hyun Seung. The first half was more of Hyun Seung's effort in making her fall and guess what, his hard work really paid off. I really liked the last scene where Song Ah came to Hyun Seung for comfort. Ice cream was obviously an excuse but she probably didn't expect that Hyun Seung would see through her. The warm hug was so romantic! I think this is the best move Hyun Seung did so far in the show, and it wasn't really creepy as what he's used to do. This time sunbae was the one who came to him, she's the one seeking for his presence because she's realizing that the person she wanted to spend time to feel better was with him! Wow! Talk about smooth progress of their relationship. I really like it a lot!

So far, I really am liking this drama more and more. Although I'm getting concerned with the actress Won Jin Ah for having not so good outfits. This episode she looked like a character from Star Wars, really. I hope the production team would be mindful about the actors/actresses' outfits because it really is an eye sore while watching if they don't. lol

On a serious note though, this drama depicts the toxicity of some parents in the world. The characters of Jae Shin and Song Ah were the ones suffering from it. It's true and proper to respect your elderly, your parents for this matter, but looking at these kind of parents sometimes you'll just think about how respect should be earned and not just something that would pop out once you were born. How can you respect someone when they themselves don't do that? Every time Jae Shin's father and Song Ah's mother are on screen, I just can't help but get angry at them for making their children suffer so much. They should understand that they have a life to live too, and not everything revolves around them. This truth really hurts for some but it's reality that not all parents can be respected and Song Ah and Jae Shin's parents were examples of it in this drama.

By the way, can I just say that I really like the chemistry of the side characters too? Ji Seung and Jae Woon, Yeon Seung and the chef Han Seo, and lastly Hyo Joo and Jae Shin.

I seriously am rooting for Jae Shin to really look to Hyo Joo romantically. Although, Hyo Joo has to connect more deeply with Jae Shin in the matters of internal feelings. Jae Shin is suffering internally so she has to look at that as well.

On the other hand, Yeon Seung may be married but shipping her to chef Han Seo makes things better in this drama. Her husband is an asshole who can't be honest with himself and to her. When Yeon Seung talks to him it felt like she's talking to a rock, he's completely useless. Everyone would get hurt with that kind of treatment. Although, I'm not sure but.. I feel like there's something really going on with the chef and Yeon Seung's husband. They could be gay or something... lol I can't really point out but I just know that something is really wrong with this trio.

And of course, the best couple yet so far next to Hyun Seung and Song Ah, the funny Jae Woon and the beautiful Ji Seung. They are the not so problematic couple here, so I think they are my favorite! LOL
