I Can't Wait For Cha Eun Woo's Drama Called "Island"

I haven't been watching any kdrama that fits to my liking lately.. Alchemy of Souls is okay, but not that something I would want to stick with and make reviews every episodes out. I don't know, it really bores me a lot that it's a challenge for me to finish an episode. I'm eyeing a new Kdrama that would launch this December 30 though and it's called Island where it stars Cha Eun Woo, Lee Da Hee and of course Kim Nam Gil.. I saw the trailer and I find it really promising. I hope it's something interesting as the story flows.

Anyways, I'll just update the blog to tell you guys what I've been into lately during this Christmas break/holidays. I've been addicted to anime again and the one that I'm currently into is called Chainsaw Man. It's really famous so I'm sure some of you might have heard about it or probably stumbled upon it on youtube shorts, reels and etc. Other than anime, I'm also watching Gap the series... lol yeah, it's a GL thai series. Something new, but I find it really cute so I'm following every release of episodes. One thing Chainsaw Man and Gap the series have in common is that there are both releasing only 1 episode each week. It's not something like Korean dramas which airs 2 episodes every week so my patience is truly tested with them. lol I hate waiting.. but it's all worth it in the end once I watch new episode. So yeah, that's it. If you are into anime and GL series, I can recommend them to y'all. They're really enjoyable!

Under The Queen's Umbrella Soars To 16.9% Nationwide Viewership Rating With Its Finale Episode

Under The Queen's umbrella has ended and I feel like I'm all lost again. lol But seriously, while watching the last episode 16, I already know to myself that I'm gonna miss this drama once it rolls the ending credits. It's really a good historical drama, that explains how it garnered 16.9% nationwide viewership rating on its finale. It started with a 7.64% nationwide viewership rating with its pilot episode and ends with double digits, just showed how the drama smoothly attracted a lot of viewers along the way. The actors, the plot as well as the exciting fight between Queen (Kim Hye Soo) and Queen Dowager (Kim Hae Sook) really made us all hooked.

The dark time has passed and now the palace became a safe place for everyone. The roles of the King and Queen of a kingdom really was stressed out, depicting what it really meant to have wonderful and competitive leaders to a nation. The serenity can be felt, after all the sacrifices of both the King and Queen. Truthfully, I doubted the King whether he's really gonna punish his own mother, but after the persuasion that the Queen did with him, he finally did what was right and now he has earned my trust and respect. Yes, the Queen did a wonderful role in this successful mission but if the King doesn't possess true wisdom and good heart for a leader, all of it would've went straight down the drain.

Discover The Beauty of Friendship In Weak Hero Class 1 | Highly Recommended Kdrama!!!

I watched Weak Hero Class 1 yesterday morning and finished it in the evening with tears in my eyes. This is a short drama with 8 episodes only so it was really quick to finish but dang, I did not expect it to be that good that felt like I've spent watching them for a long time. I was totally mesmerized by the characters especially the comradeship that was built between them. "So this is how true friendship blooms and strengthens", that's what I was thinking the whole time I'm watching Si Eun (Park Ji Hoon) and Suho (Choi Hyun Wook). Of course not all strong friendship originated from this kind of scenario, where the one is tested through dangerous brawls and fights. This is definitely just one of the hundred scenarios in our reality but boy it surely touched my heart.

Kim So Hyun And Yeo Jin Goo Reunited Again After 10 Years! (2022 MAMA Awards)

Gosh, I did not really watch the MAMA 2022 even though I am a kpop enthusiast but when I saw the love of my life Yeo Jin Goo and the wonderful actress Kim So Hyun together again in a photo I literally clicked the post that leads me to heaven...oops, I mean leads me to discovery that the two of them reunited!!! Ah.. seriously, I really like the two of them ever since The Moon Embracing The Sun (2012) but totally fell in love with their chemistry in Missing You (2012). From the two dramas that aired year 2012 they acted as the child version of the lead characters. TMETS though, Kim So Hyun was not Yeo Jin Goo's leading lady but Kim Yoo Jung. Speaking of Kim Yoo Jung, she's the other person that I want Yeo Jin Goo to work with again! Another reunion that, for sure, a lot of Kdrama fans are dying to see. Anyways, in Missing You, Kim So Hyun is the younger version of Yoon Eun Hye and Yeo Jin Goo is the younger version of Park Yoochun. They were really fantastic in that drama and actually wished that they just don't grow up. lol I mean, they were excellent and more than satisfying to watch than their older version.. that's just me though. I think, when they grew up in the drama, I automatically stopped watching too. kkk

Moon Sang Min Becomes The Crowned Prince + Kim Hye Soo Shocked About Royal Physician's True Identity

A few weeks and episodes passed already since my last blog post/quick recap about Under The Queen's Umbrella and finally I have the energy to write another. No, I did not abandon this drama. I just made a break from blogging for a short while as I've become very busy with work but that did not mean that I stopped watching the drama actually. In fact, this drama gave me so much excitement in my dull and tiring work life in a week. lol Especially when Grand Prince Seongnam won the crown and the entrance of the crowned princess in his life. Seriously, they really have great dynamics together. Grand Prince Seongnam is such a serious, quiet, mysterious but innocent type of person while the crowned princess is a playful, bold but has golden heart type of person. The Queen sees these personalities in her and so she chose her for own son. At first, I didn't like the girl but after she stayed and supported Seongnam in the competition (taekhyeon) and after she entered the palace, I truly see that this woman is the support that the new crowned prince would need by his side. Plus, they are very cute together and I am very sure that the crowned princess would be able to teach the crowned prince how to be naughty once in a while in his life. lol You go, girl!

Kim Hye Soo Is A Queen With A Golden Heart In Under The Queen's Umbrella Episode 9

I can't help but get amazed by this drama every week. It's serving not only of a great plot and wonderful acting performances but also heartwarming scenes that could make you feel human, again. lol I mean, we've been busy being tough to overcome daily trials in each of our own realities so we chose not to feel emotions that could make us weak, so watching good and heartfelt kdramas like this is a good help to pour our emotions that's good for our well being. Say, thank you Kdramas! lol

Anyways, episode 9 displayed the goodness of the heart of the Queen. Dang, this woman is such a blessing to the whole palace and knowing that she's there could make everyone feel relieved. Being surrounded by hungry souls yearning for power, there's a golden heart that remains in the form of the Queen. Just look at how she looked after Prince Simso! She not only offered him food, shelter and time, she provided her love through her words of wisdom. She stayed by his side until he regained consciousness as well as confidence in himself. Seriously, the ambitions of these royal consorts to achieve power put their own child to danger. Royal consort Ko is the true example of that person who got blinded by her own ambitions and greed that deprived Prince Simso of love. I really pity Prince Simso when he was neglected by her own mother when he seek food to regain his strength. I honestly expected that he'll die in front of the palace if not by the Queen's court maid finding him. Thankfully she did and brought him to the Queen. My heart aches for him when her mother pushed him away by saying awful things such as calling him a disgrace/embarrassment to her family in front of the Queen. And I completely broke down when he tried to take his own life due to the pain he's feeling from those words. Sigh.

Kim Hye Soo Threatens Kim Hae Sook In Under The Queen's Umbrella Episode 8

Competition between the princes automatically means competition between the Queen and the royal consorts and so cheating will be inevitable. Of course, the Queen having a huge trust in the capabilities of her own sons, she won't resolve to cheating but these royal consorts will do. The winner shouldn't really come from the results of cheating or else the whole nation will definitely suffer. With this competition alone, we already know who's worthy to become the next crowned prince.

Anyways, despite the Queen's efforts of preventing cheating, some royal consorts really prepared beforehand out of desperation. They used and dispersed people to find and provide information about the person their sons were looking for in their mission. And we all thought these tactics of the royal consorts were enough to make us annoyed and angry, however Queen Dowager really has no inhibitions when it comes to making our blood boil the fastest. Sigh. Queen Dowager really wanted the crown for Bogeum and tried to eliminate Grand Prince Seongnam by assassinating him. We've been briefed about her grave acts before through the deposed Queen Yoon but witnessing it myself just makes me speechless. She's pure evil, I know that she has conflict with the current Queen Hwaryeong but Grand Prince Seongnam is still her grandson!! Like, WTF?!

Misaeng: Incomplete Life | One of The Best Slice of Life Kdramas | HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

It's been a while since I got myself in tuned with a slice of life Kdrama. Ah, this genre really is my go to whenever I feel down and needed some motivation. Self help books and motivational videos aren't enough lately, so I had to find a drama where I could see how life happens to each character. I know that everything is fictional in a Kdrama but if it's a well written, well directed and has wonderful actors, it will definitely pierce through my heart and will successfully make me feel it's all reality. I really like those painfully realistic set-up of a Kdrama because it makes me so connected to each characters and so whenever they are facing hardships, I also feel sadness and whenever they happiness I also feel the same. When they face hardships, whether they overcome it or not, I will feel the exact feelings the characters are feeling. I think it's really nice to feel sorts of emotions and take it out from time to time. It makes me feel human at the same time feels like I'm not the only one going through something. You know what I mean? However, it really isn't easy to find a good slice of life Kdrama so whenever I find one, I make sure to write in here what I felt about it and share it to everyone else.

Kim Hye Soo Is A Clever Queen In Under The Queen's Umbrella Episode 7

My admiration towards the Queen leveled up after witnessing her cleverness and bravery she displayed in episode 7. She's a perfect woman in handling her power as the Queen. During the interrogation about who brought the medicine inside the palace, I didn't doubt her intentions when she pointed at the crowned princess as the suspect. I knew instantly that she's only doing that to grant the crowned princess' wishes to exit the palace in order to protect her son, the grand heir's life. The crowned princess begged her after all. And it was clever of the Queen because she saved them without suspicions from her enemies, chief state councilor and Queen Dowager. The Queen knew that they wouldn't doubt her intentions when she says that she wanted to protect her position only because the chief state councilor and Queen Dowager are those kind of selfish people who would do the same. It's funny looking at them believing that, really.

Alchemy of Souls | Part 1| Honest Reaction

I just finished Alchemy of Souls (1-20) and I honestly don't know how to react without hurting anyone's feelings here. I know lots of people loved it, I can see why after witnessing the amazing concept and cinematography, I can understand where the hype came from. The story was set on a period where mages practice magic but forbidden sorceries also exist, and these mages are divided in 4 houses namely Songrim, Jinyowon, Cheonbugwan and Seo. There exist also the royal family that rules the whole Daeho. The royals serve as the balance of the mages but turned out to house sorceries such as alchemy of souls. The late king created a heir thru alchemy of souls with the help of a genius mage Jang Gang. And later, the royals housed the soul of a shaman Choi inside the body of the Queen. Because of alchemy of souls a lot of greedy people became soul shifters that feeds human energies in order to achieve immortality. This prohibited sorcery of alchemy of soul became widely used because of Jin Mu who is also responsible of Naksu transforming into a ruthless assassin.

The episode 1 was a blast! The badass fight scene of Naksu and Park Jin was an all time favorite of mine throughout the whole part 1 of the show. It's just saddening that Naksu was not given such a fight scene afterwards when she was shifted to a Jinyowon's family member's body, Mudeok. The early episodes was explosive with excitement but could not maintain throughout the whole series which was disappointing.

When AoS aired, it was in par with Extraordinary Attorney Woo when it comes to popularity. Although I did not watch AoS when it was airing, EAW gave out a whole show without dullness which proved its worthiness of the hype. Therefore, although they're of different genres, I had huge expectations to AoS due to its popularity as well. It's a shame it did not meet my expectations. Showing off Naksu's power on the first episode truly set a high standard for the next episodes. Too bad they did not plan or probably failed anything to outdo that. But maybe that's just that. Naksu's story ended in the episode 1 and the focus transferred to Jang Uk and the other young mages. Naksu was a favorite character of mine, seeing her getting involved with different kinds of relationships really makes me happy considering that she was once loveless and a ruthless assassin. It's just a waste to think that I cannot see Naksu's power anymore. Jang Uk just ain't enough to bring out that excitement at all.

Wait, she actually got her powers back in the later part but chose not to use it anymore because of her promise. Only when she got controlled by Jin Mu that she went totally berserk. I love that where she's able to use her powers and show us what she's got but it all felt rushed though. Suddenly at the last episode of part 1. Hmmm....

Alchemy of souls part 1, mainly focused on the training of Jang Uk, the development of relationships between mages and masters, the discovery of an existing being with a King's star, the schemes of Cheonbugwan house to gain power and how Songrim tries to correct that, there were small fight scenes after episode 1, and more. These are, what I think, a preparation only to what's about to come in the part 2. It's a minor build up for an explosive part 2. I just hope it won't disappoint.

Overall, I think it's not proper to rate the whole Alchemy of Souls drama without the part 2. Only then I can tell that it's amazing or plainly just a waste of time.

Anyways, I liked a lot of characters, Jang Uk, Mu Deok, Seo Yul, Park Jin, Kim Do Ju, Heo Yeom, Heo Yun Ok and finally the crowned prince Go Won. Ah seriously, I thought I was going to hate the crowned prince for being greedy over power and foolish but he turned out to be a wise and warmhearted man. He's really one of my favorite characters and I hope he would not go astray from this path in the 2nd part of this drama.

Anyways, next part Naksu's gonna be back in her own body!!! But how?????!!! Where is Mudeok!? Now that's really exciting and I can't wait for December 10!!!

Kim Hye Soo Shows Her Authority Against Her Enemies In Under The Queen's Umbrella Episode 6

Now that the crowned prince has died, everyone who desires for the open position starts moving without subtlety anymore. It's not only the Queen Dowager that's ruthless here but also her poons. Damn, no one in the palace can be trusted except the Queen, her sons and her people. They even desire for the son of the late crowned prince to be dead. It's insane! However, I think I'm seeing hope in the palace after seeing the King making decisions in episodes 5 & 6. Maybe, just maybe, the King is actually someone different from his mother. I think he really is wise and has his own integrity when it comes to making decisions. First, he did not listen to his mother and court's demand to depose the ill crowned prince during his treatment, he also did not give in quickly picking the new heir to the crown just short after the crowned prince's death and lastly he genuinely has love and care for his sons and to his Queen. He may be a horny womanizer but actually has wisdom and golden heart. Wait, I won't regret saying that this early right? I hope not.

Bae In Hyuk Collapsed In Front Of Kim Hye Soo And The King In Under The Queen's Umbrella Episode 4

Under The Queen's Umbrella is slowly becoming my favorite on-going kdrama right now. First episode showed us clearly where the whole problem lies in the story which is the Queen's situation with Queen Dowager. Queen already has conflict with the Queen Dowager due to her problematic sons. It was only the crowned prince that's protecting the Queen and her sons from severe punishments but now that the crowned prince has life-threatening illness, the Queen's status and life in general is now in danger. It just so happen that the Queen has menacing sons left and so she cannot protect the crown/future King's throne easily and that there has a lot of rivals considering that the current King is a playboy and horny AF. lol Seriously, the King is the main cause of this whole problem in the drama. He has what? Almost 10 concubines? and still counting!! kkk

Nam Joo Hyuk To Enlist In The Military December 2022

I think most of you already knew about this news the first time it came out. Nothing against their enlistment but I surely am gonna miss him for 1 and 8 months that he'll be inactive as an actor. I honestly have been into him recently because of his latest drama Twenty Five, Twenty One. He was truly fantastic in that drama! I love his character there so much. Before, I don't really watch him even during Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo's popularity exploded. Like I said before, I didn't like his character there as I found it immature and annoying so I judged Nam Joo Hyuk as a whole being because of that role. LOL I know, I was irrational and judgmental that I'm being punished now with his military enlistment announcement and so there won't be much updates about him starting this December. Meaning, I have no news about him to gush over with. Gosh I love him. I guess I have no other choice but to watch his previous dramas other than 2521. Or wait, maybe I'll just rewatch that drama many times until he comes back! kkk

No exact date yet in December was announced but it's just a month away! Serve well and come back to us healthy and safe, Nam Joo Hyuk. We'll be waiting for you!

Yook Sungjae Accused By Jung Chae Yeon As Suspect For Her Father's Death In The Golden Spoon Episode 8

We're already halfway through the series and it's instantly becoming a headache for me. lol WTH did just happen? I'm so confused with the ending! It was going so smoothly (or not) and then the ending and the preview for the next episode flashed before my eyes making me frustrated severely. kkk I'm really so close in abandoning this show. Sigh...

Anyways, I'm here to do recap of the episode 8 only so that'll I do so. Basically, Na Ju Hee and the real Hwang Taeyong are both experiencing financial crisis. They are the characters that saw money as not that important or to put it simply, they haven't realized how important until now that there's no one giving nor helping them out in difficult times. Na Ju Hee had always been rich and her father was always backing her up against her step brothers while Hwang Taeyong was no longer getting any help or protection from Seungcheol. Hwang Taeyong finally witnessed how essential the presence of money in his life thru his poor family and Na Ju Hee losing the 500 million won.

Yook Sungjae Got Arrested Over Lee Jong Won's Own Crime? In The Golden Spoon Episode 7

Okay, after this episode, I can now understand the essence of the golden spoon in Seungcheon's life. Before, I completely despises it since it makes everything so easy for him and thought that he would just laze around become boastful and abusive using the wealth of another person but I guess that's not the full picture. Now I see the usage of golden spoon by Seungcheon could serve a much bigger purpose and that's to reveal the whole truth behind all the dirty rich people abusing their powers to get whatever they wanted. Clearly, I see that the main villain here remains the father and son, Hwang Hyeon Do and Hwang Taeyong.

Yook Sungjae Once Again Abandoned His Parents For Wealth In The Golden Spoon Episode 6

I'm having this huge disappointment in Seungcheon after this episode. I do get it, fate if not the old lady selling the golden spoon, that Seungcheon's tolerance is being challenged with all the unfortunate events that's happening to his family. And he actually gave in to that challenge and once again swapped his parents for wealth. Sigh. When will you ever learn, Seungcheon?

It's awful 'coz this drama really is showing the real comparison of the life of the poor and the rich. It's really provoking me to get irritated everytime this drama is pressing on the stupidity, desperation as well as laziness of Seungcheon's family. It's really irritating to watch but this is just what reality is. There are a lot of uneducated poor population and so whenever they are in a difficult situation where their brains couldn't handle, their desperation to survive is surfacing and they instantly clings to a knife without thinking of the future consequences. The mother is like that and the laziness comes and lack of responsibility comes from the father. Actually, these traits are really applicable to all of them.

Kim Go Eun, Nam Ji Hyun And Park Ji Hu Succeeds Against Uhm Ji Won In Little Women Finale Episode 12

Little Women is now over with only 12 episodes. The finale episode was aired last night and to be honest, after watching it, I still don't know what to feel. It's always like this whenever I finish a Kdrama that I like so much. Sigh. Sepanx (separation anxiety) is real and I'm struggling with it over a kdrama series. lol

Anyways, looking at the bright side, the ending was the finale that we all wanted. A happy ending for our 3 sisters as well as for Hyorin, Choi Do Il and Ha Jong Ho. A lot of cruel things happened in the life of the poor 3 sisters. They all got played at by the wealthy and powerful insane beings. Oh In Joo getting involved with the embezzlement of 70 billion won slush funds because of Hwayoung and Won Sang Ah, Oh In Kyung got in par with Park Jae Sang and lastly Oh In Hye befriended by Hyorin. After they all met this insane family their lives were automatically put into danger. But after the truth came to light and Won Sang Ah faced her doomsday, the lives of the 3 sisters all went back to normal only that they've learned their lessons and ironically, still got wealthy. lol Thanks to Choi Do Il, Hyorin and Oh In Hye for that part. Hyorin is practically and legally the owner of Sang Ah's money so, somehow, it's legal money right? But knowing that it was from the slush funds... hmmmmmm no ones gonna go after them, right? right? maybe season 2? lol

Kim Go Eun Shocked As Everyone Else Because of Choo Ja Hyun's Return From The Dead In Little Women Episode 11

Holy shocks! What did just happen? All this while they were talking about Hwayoung being dead in the whole trial and suddenly she came back to life? I just know that she will save Oh In Joo here! I don't know if Hwayoung really looked at Oh In Joo as a friend, considering how he managed to involve her in the embezzlement, but after she saw how kind-hearted and loyal Oh In Joo to her as a friend, there's a huge chance that she will save Oh In Joo's ass in that trial.

Anyways, before this exciting news unfolded, this episode really made me respect Oh In Kyung so much. At first, I wasn't really that impressed with her because I knew that she's the 'brain' in the family and has been righteous from the very start that she took a step forward in taking Park Jae Sang down by revealing his sins to the public. I saw her as someone that is capable of doing something like that to prove herself, like she's leaping into the danger for self acknowledgment that she's doing the right thing after the embarrassment to the world that she's nothing but an alcoholic person. Therefore, I saw her actions to be self-centered and does not leave much impression to me. But after Park Jae Sang's death and Won Sang Ah came to light as the main villain that controls everyone like her puppets/dolls, including her sister Oh In Joo, I could see that she was no longer doing it for herself but for the true victims including her sister. Her desperation in taking Won Sang Ah down next was on fire! Maybe after she saw Oh In Joo being helpless, in prison garment and could be possibly remain that way for the next 20 years triggered her to be someone like that. She really love her sister so much despite Oh In Joo being not so smart and has nothing but just golden heart. I respect Oh In Kyung so much after this episode.

Everyone involved with the general truly are strange. They have this loyalty towards him and it just so happened that Won Sang Ah made a huge mistake in trusting Ja Sa Pyeong. Park Jae Sang killed the general's son Won Sang Woo and Oh In Kyung managed to trick Ja Sa Pyeong with words that saved her life from him. And then boom! Won Sang Ah faced her own destruction now. Deseeerveee! After she played and angered Oh In Joo in prison? Tsk tsk. You go to hell where you desere now Won Sang Ah! lol

Also, I'm so proud and in love with Choi Do Il. I have doubted him so much but all this time, he was still ahead of Won Sang Ah's game. Yes, he was the one to took the money from Oh In Joo but it was for the sake of putting it back to Won Sang Ah's account. He no longer wanted the money but Oh In Joo's safety. For a con man like him, that was really a surprising move from him. All this time that we doubted him, he was only being true to himself, to what he's feeling towards Oh In Joo. Is it already safe to say that Choi Do Il really fell in love with Oh In Joo that he's willing to give up his love for money? Love truly wins over money for Choi Do Il. lol Love conquers all. kkkk

Akkk! Just one episode left and it'll be aired tonight! I'm so thrilled to see Won Sang Ah continue to rattle and fear the upcoming punishment that will be bestowed upon her. That serves you right devil Sang Ah. It's time for you to meet your end.

Yook Sung Jae Confesses To Jung Chae Yeon But Yeon Woo Hinders Their Love Form Blooming

My emotions really took a rollercoaster ride because of this episode. It felt like a lot of things happened in just one episode. Seungcheon finally got back to his old life, however, they once again face another debt due to his father's accident of falling to his boss' car. The boss asked for 100 million won to repair the car and the whole family just conformed to it after the boss took down their request of making the repair payment smaller. Hmmm... I am not really judging the whole population of the poor but some truly lacks knowledge here. I mean, 100 million won for a car repair? Anyone could already buy a new car with that money! Also, ain't he the boss? Seungcheon's family could at least get a public attorney and settle this with that goon! Seungcheon's father got hospitalized for such a dangerous job and that goon being his employer, he should at least be responsible of what happened. What is their labor code for? Does labor code not apply to part timers? Hmmm...

Lee Se Hee Teamed Up With Do Kyungsoo Against Choi Kwang Il In Bad Prosecutor Episode 2

Our hero Jin Jung (Do Kyungsoo) once again got into trouble and got demoted from criminal division 3  to civil affairs division handling works such as finding lost dogs and exposing extramarital affairs. lol Since prosecutor Jin Jung likes adventures, looking back at how he once wanted to become a swordsman, he made himself get back to the Park Ye Young's murder case without upper management's knowing. There he met another weird guy like him, Park Jae Kyung (Kim Sang Ho). That man is really weird, I thought that he would be able to back up Jin Jung from those who wanted to arrest him due to his assault to the CEO Kim Hyung Gyun (Jo Seung Yeon) but it all went down the drain quickly as it turned out to be false. kkk But I think there's a reason why he was put there all this while, maybe he's like Jin Jung who's childish and has own ways of being a prosecutor and so I'm thinking that they'll end up working side by side together along with Jin Jung's current 'gang'.

Do Kyung Soo Ain't The Ordinary Prosecutor | Bad Prosecutor Episode 1

I tried to watch Bad Prosecutor mainly because the middle of the week feels to empty without watching and reacting to a Kdrama so I had to fill up my schedule. I really have no expectation from it since it's my first time watching a Do Kyung Soo drama, but guess what? I think I like it! lol

Basically Jin Jung (Do Kyung Soo) here ain't the typical prosecutor that relies on the conventional practices of law. He gets facts and evidences through threats, fights or just anything illegal (at least he ain't killin' anyone). Because of this, he often times had to write apology letters for his misbehavior. Still, letter after letter, he just continue to do his own ways of watching the real culprit. I know that he has a strong belief for equality or justice but I think it's childish for him not to fully conform to the right process of attaining evidences as a mere employee who have no position at all. I do like him for being himself but I guess I'm reacting this way because I found it too unrealistic to have such person in service under the law. He hasn't been fired for misbehaving? kkk l But maybe the writer has some reasons to that so I'll just shut my mouth and watch further. haha!

Kim Go Eun's Money Vanished + Nam Ji Hyun Succeed Against Uhm Ki Joon In Little Women

The ending scene really got into me that I'm scared for Oh In Joo's life. Thankfully, the preview for the next episode assured me that Oh In Joo would still be alive. I really thought that she'll already end up like Hwayoung wherein someone barged into her house and murdered/hang her. I'm quite relieved that she won't suffer the same death as her. Not that I'm expecting her to be dead though.

Anyways, before anything else. I find this episode really funny mostly because of Oh In Joo. That part wherein everyone knew about Choi Do Il's plans except her. That was really funny especially when she found out about it later on. Hahaha! Choi Do Il really knew Oh In Joo so well. That girl is really gullible and easily reacts to things so she might really end up damaging Choi Do Il's plan. But I think it also went well because of Oh In Joo's pure heart. I mean, she easily cries at everything because she grows too attached with the people around her it's so funny. When she got totally affected by what happened to Choi Do Il's father, I think that's how Park Jae Sang's side got convinced that Choi Do Il was still acting according to his plans. They didn't foresee that Do Il was already planning something else because he fooled the most soft hearted person in their team which is Oh In Joo. lol I guess this is the main reason why Oh In Joo is my favorite character among all. She's just so genuinely kind and loving. I love her so much. Hahahaha!

Sung Jae's Pretense Get Busted By Yeon Woo In The Golden Spoon Episode 4

All along I thought I'm gonna watch Seung Cheon boast the wealth that wasn't his the entire drama. Thankfully there's some twists and turns too. Some things really aren't for forever and some things are really good to be true. Seung Cheon is finally waking up from his false perception that anybody would swap their parents to accumulate wealth. He didn't know, Hwang Taeyong had long wished to have such warm family that would love and care for him. So his questions turned accusations that Taeyong would do the same thing as he did to achieve wealth went down the drain quickly. It hurt his pride and guilt overwhelmed him. Sigh.

It's saddening that when Seung Cheon was treated unfairly by Taeyong's uncle, he ran automatically to his real parents only to find out that his original family is already happy without him. His father also took the initiative to abandon his dream and work outside that field to earn money for his family. That was definitely a slap to Seung Cheon's face. That served him right for swapping his parents so easily like that for wealth. He did a wrong move and now he's seeing these changes before his eyes. And now that his father got into an accident it'll be difficult for him to show his emotions and care for him just because he isn't Seung Cheon in their eyes. In everyone's eyes Taeyong is their son and not him.

Kim Go Eun And Nam Ji Hyun Reunites While Park Ji Hu Was Held Captive In Little Women Episode 9

Oh In Joo finally got the upper hand against Won Sang Ah in the previous episode 8 but revealed to be short lived in episode 9. Dang! In Joo should've pulled the trigger as quick as she could because Won Sang Ah is just insane! She knows how to prepare and fight, she's the writer of her own story after all. But thankfully, before In Joo met her death, her superman Choi Do Il went to the rescue! Gaah! Seriously, if Oh In Joo hasn't fallen in love with Do Il yet, I'm telling you already that I already did. lol He's really attractive AF!! Anyways, back to what I was saying, Choi Do Il came in but quickly got tamed after he saw Oh In Joo's helpless situation with a gun pointing at her. Though, it seems like Oh In Joo is really lucky with her own people as her little sister Oh In Kyung set up a plan to save her. Nice! Our alcoholic reporter surely is smartest.

Yook Seung Jae Gets Threatened By An Anonymous Text Message In The Golden Spoon Episode 3

I'm starting to get irritated by Lee Seung Cheon (Yook Seung Jae) already and we're only at episode 3. lol After his life and identity got swapped with Hwang Taeyong (Lee Jong Won), my reaction was already "he sure knows how to act rich". He has long dreamed to be a rich person but I didn't expect that he'll transform 360 degrees in just a few days or weeks. I really like him a lot when he was the passionate and hard working Lee Seung Cheon but when he became rich and started giving off the boastful vibe, it was a turn off for me. I know that these rich people did him wrong, but if continues to punish them.. a lot of people would definitely go against him. Hate begets hate after all and so I wish he would humble down a bit.

Well, when he swapped his parents to Taeyong's, that was already the beginning of me disliking him. Although I did say in my previous blog post that I'm curious about that changing incompetent and awful parents to a deserving ones but after seeing how lovable Seung Cheon's mother and sister, it breaks my heart that he did that to him. Though in this episode, Seung Cheon really was pushed to do the swap thing because of his undignified father. Damn that man only knows how to beg on his knees. That's really awful especially for a man.

Yook Sung Jae Switched Lives With Lee Jong Won In The Golden Spoon | Episodes 1 & 2 Recap

I recently watched the first 2 episodes out of the new on-going drama The Golden Spoon and wow I'm totally hooked with it after. Since I've watched several Kdramas that have those annoying parents who aren't competitive enough to provide well for their family, I've been thinking of the chances wherein a Kdrama would be open to a concept of children abandoning their parents and be rewarded... then this drama came out with that kind of scenario. Mostly. lol

So basically, Lee Seung Cheon (Yook Sung Jae) was born in a poor family where his father is an aspiring webtoon artist, his mother is a waitress while he and his sister do part time jobs. I really have nothing against the 2 female of the family but the father. Seeing him hiding from the goons collecting rent/money, that really irritated me the most. I mean, he's the head of the family after all and yet he stooped so low in making his family face the debt collectors instead of him. I really hate incompetent and coward parent/person like him. Being a manga or webtoon artist is a decent job, but at least he could do something else to pay the debt of his family and be courageous to stand up for them. All he did was hide behind them. Sigh. He seemed really kind person but reality check it's not enough to survive this cruel world especially when you have a family to feed.

Kim Go Eun Outsmarted And Cornered Uhm Ji Won Thanks To Wi Ha Joon In Little Women Episode 8

Gosh! The scenes in each new episodes start to get more and more interesting! The mystery behind each characters in the story got into me that I have trust issues already. lol Seriously, there's just no one I can fully trust in those people that are around the 3 sisters . But after watching the last 2 episodes, episode 7 & 8, it all became clear to me that the main villain is be Park Jae Sang's wife, Won Sang Ah.

Daaang! Before this fact unfolded, I have judged Choi Do Il big time! I can fully relate with Oh In Joo's poor judgment towards the people around her. lol I mean, who wouldn't right? With all the moments that she faced in Singapore, I also thought that Hwa Young had survived and was just living with the same face as Oh In Joo. Gosh, and then it was all revealed to be just an act directed by the devil Won Sang Ah. Geez, I got goosebumps over that scene! It's wicked! Sometimes it's really not good to trust people with a peaceful face and soft speaking voice. They sometimes really do end up with the most psychotic mind.

Nam Ji Hyun Discovers The Death of Her Great Aunt With Kim Go Eun's Presence

Just when the 3 poor little sisters finally got some 'real' back up to defend against the evil family of Park Jae Sang (Uhm Ki Joon), episode 6 quickly dissolved it as their great aunt Oh Hye Suk (Kim Mi Suk) was found dead by Oh In Joo (Kim Go Eun) on the floor with blood scattered around. Sigh....

I'm quite sad about this. I really liked their great aunt. She's really cool and dependable kind of person. At first I didn't like how she's so judgmental and painfully honest with the situation of the Oh sisters/family. But I guess she was just trying to motivate them to take over their life and persevere. I quite understood now why great aunt was like that as I observed in the previous episodes.

Little Women | Recommended KDrama

I haven't been watching a new on-going Kdrama after Extraordinary Attorney Woo until yesterday when I gave Little Women a try. Although I didn't do an update regarding EAW while it was on-going, I can assure you that I liked it very much. I was totally into it to the point that just want to savor every moment of each episodes of the drama so that's why I didn't do write ups about it. Also it's a drama that feels so wholesome and the protagonist is just too likeable so my reactions would probably only revolve around me saying that I liked everything about attorney woo. lol That would be boring, right?

Anyways, the next drama that I've decided to tune in again and react each episodes every week is Little Women. I like this drama so far with its 4 episodes. Gladly, I was able to catch up to it and boy I am so pleased to myself that I gave it a try. It's so effin' relatable, dark and just full of twist. I like dramas like this it feels like I'm watching The Penthouse again as I'm seeing people who are being devoured by money. Ain't it amazing to see people evolving/transforming in the face of money? Truly, money is a scary thing. It's cruel because it will make you crazy happy only to suffer in the end when you allow it to control over you.
