In the episode aired July 15 of Hospital Playlist 2, Ik Sun (Kwak Sun Young) revealed her health condition to Ik Jun (Cho Jung Seok) and finally opened up about her relationship with Jun Wan (Jung Kyung Ho).
Ik Sun asked a favor to her brother via phone to keep her health problem a secret from certain people by saying, "Don't tell this to anyone inluding mom and dad and Jun Wan. Absolutely not to Jun Wan."
With the favor being asked, Ik Jun realized the meaning behind her sister's words. Ik Sun explained, "I'm sorry for not telling. We started going out since summer of last year. But we broke up now. I broke up with him. It's my fault. I was fickle. Don't ask about the break up. The reason is like how usual couples separate. I don't want Jun Wan to know about my bad condition. From now on too, I don't want anyone to know about it. I'm sorry." Ik Jun understood the feelings of his sister.
At that time too, Jun Wan was seen in deep thoughts. He was drinking alone late at night and called Ik Soon but only sighed deeply when no answer came in.
