Jung Kyung Ho Struggles With Long Distance Relationship In Hospital Playlist 2 Episode 4

In this episode, I discovered a whole new level of admiration towards Jung Kyung Ho's character Kim Jun Wan. Despite in the midst of a problematic long distance relationship with his girlfriend, his passion in saving lives and making his patient's family relieved from worries never faltered. When I thought he was already caught up with the stress brought by endless surgeries and his situation with his girlfriend, Jun Wan was still caring for his patients and their family. I was surprised and moved when he used social media to find volunteers to visit one of his patients who doesn't have any visitors during visitation hours. I really thought he used that to get the attention of Ik-Sun because that's what he and Do Jae Hak (Jung Moon Sung) had been discussing so that scene at the ending part tugged my heartstrings. He's so good hearted, I love him. Truly, all of the 5 doctors have good heart of their own and they only differ with how they use and express it.

Anyways, at first I feel pity for Jun Wan. He was enduring everything for Ik-Sun (Kwak Sun Young) but it all ended up with her girlfriend breaking up with him saying she has fallen for someone else. I really despised her on that scene because even before the accident happened, she was always 'me' and has even expressed exhaustion when it's Jun Wan's turn to talk about his day. What's worst is, lately, there's nothing about Jun Wan in their relationship at all. Ugh, I hate that girl even though she's Ik Jun's (Cho Jung Seok) sister. However, despite me hating her, there are some things we haven't heard about her yet.

Before, Ik Sun broke up with Jun Wan. She was indirectly told by her brother (because Ik Jun knows nothing about them) of how selfish she has become towards Jun Wan. How she affects him negatively with what's happening with them lately. After that, it was shown how much she's having a hard time, contemplating with her next move and by the time she has made a decision, she broke up with Jun Wan with an excuse that she has fallen in love with someone else. Later on, we found out that she has some serious health concerns from her phone conversation with Ik Jun. With that, I have a hunch that Ik Sun only broke up with Jun Wan in order to do not give more stress to him. She must have felt guilty with how her relationship with Jun Wan was affecting him negatively. 

I think there really is still a chance for the two. However, if there will be second chance for their love. I hope Ik Sun would start to become mature and more open to Jun Wan because that's how both of them would work out for the longest time. Jun Wan already has marriage plans and it's only Ik Sun that's stopping him because she reason out her dreams and past failed relationship. That's so selfish of her. She needs to start seeing how much Jun Wan love him and that he could heal her fully in love. Sigh. 

On the other hand, Ik Jun might should be getting it now, right? I mean, he should know now that the one his sister is dating and the one that Jun Wan is dating are each other, right? No more games and jokes? lol He's so busy being a Cupid for his colleagues and friends but he's so clueless when it comes to his own love life and his sister's. It's time he work on it! Go Ik Jun!
