OMG! The Hospital Playlist 2 definitely is deserving of the top spot! That is currently my favorite drama along with The Penthouse as of the moment. It's understandable that it ended the reigning power of The Penthouse on this ranking. Hospital Playlist, it's highly recommended for its heartwarming friendship stories and realistic doctors/professionals' way of living.
