Okay so the recent drama that I've watched of Rowoon was 'She Would Never Know', that was actually my first ever try in watching him act. Before She Would Never Know drama I've only known him because of his collaboration with Red Velvet's Wendy in dubbing for Trolls: World Tour (2020) and everywhere I see since then was him everywhere. I mean, he's a member of an idol group after all and we all know how female fans go wild for them.
She Would Never Know was such a great drama that tackles about the realism of office romance and sunbae-hoobae relationship that some could really relate. It's wonderful romantic drama, not the best of the bests but I recommend it for everyone to watch. The chemistry of Rowoon and Won Jin Ah was great too despite the huge height difference that sometimes I feel pain in the neck while watching Jin Ah look up to him every encounter. lol but once you adjusted to it then they're fine! LOL
Anyways, I'm here to bring the news about Rowoon's latest confirmed project called Affection. It'll air in KBS this 2021 too! Isn't our boy Rowoon busy this year? Glad he's gaining more projects. He'll be acting with Park Eun Bin, Nam Yoon Soo and Lee Pil Mo. The story will be about a forgotten king who does not exist in the history. What really caught my attention was that the King was actually a woman as per My Drama List details and reading that reminded me of Mr. Queen. OMY! It's said to be an adaptation from a Manhwa called Yeonmo (korean title) by Lee Soyoung, so anyone here who knows that? Well, Mr. Queen is like one of the best Sageuk drama that challenges the conventional way of story telling adding twists of comedy in telling the history. It was really a fantastic drama for me, so it's incomparable. I wish I'll be able to see different touch of Sageuk story telling from this newest drama Affection. I'll be looking forward to this!
